Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and well equipped. My little boy loved the swimming pool. The breakfast Sunday was very fresh and nicely cooked with plenty of choice. A nice comfortable hotel offering good value for money The breakfast Monday morning was very poor. We arrived a couple of minutes after nine and ordered a cooked breakfast it was dry, overcooked and inedible.

Location was ideal for my purposes just a short taxi ride to my party venue. City Centre was also a short trip away. Supermarket, family pub and a Macdonalds just across the road. Hotel staff were polite and the breakfast restuarant staff very very helpful and accomodating. Leisure facilities were on the small side and if the hotel was busy may become crowded, but a welcome addition to my stay, and was used by all the family. I would definately use again Room was a little small for 2 Adults and a teenager for any prolonged stay but certainly adequate for a weekend base to get your head down.

Rooms spacious,clean, well appoointed. Spa facilities. Incorrect room allocated on arrival, gentleman on reception commented "we always have problems with bookings from booking.com" .... Restaurant closed for breakfast 55 mins before closing time indicated by reception. Food in bar area poor.

I liked the family room set up of 2 double beds and the use of the pool to entertain the children. I thought the food was priced highly including the breakfast and although our room was perfect from the point of accomodation, our room was located directly opposite a laundry/service room and elevator and was disappointed to be woken quite early by the noise of the staff using this room.

Not much to be honest. The Hotel is run down. The carpets and curtains in the rooms are old and tired. The staff are all teenagers but polite if not experienced. I would not return to this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpfull.The Breakfast was excellent.the bedroom was very clean. The only reason I didnt give it 10 points was I think the bathroom could do with a bit of update . New Bath perhaps. other than that very satisfied. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Just The bath was a bit over used.

Comfortable hotel. Swimming pool good. Didnt have the room I rang to request on arrival. Too many knocks for room service on the morning we were departing despite having the room until 12. Decor needs updating.

It was very pleasant, just outside the city and very relaxing. The entrance was a bit confusing on entering the car park but we finally found it! Didn't eat with you but enjoyed the facilities.

Breakfast was good good range of choices. Staff could be better as bar staff were unsure over an order i asked for and on leaving the hotel on departure no one said thanks and goodbye which as myself and my wife found quite rude.

Clean and brilliant facilities including pool and health club Staff were very miserable and spoke down to you ,as if they were doing you a favour.Many people running through hotel late at night shouting and screaming and knocking on our door.The hotel done nothing about this.
