Why were there metric signs directing customers to the hotel entrance when we use imperial signs in the UK (yards not 'metres') - it looked totally unprofessional (almost political)

The hotel was comfortable and as expected at the price. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially reception.

The Buffet Breakfast. I prefer my breakfast to be freshly cooked and served even if this takes a little longer. Fried eggs, bacon, sausages, and especially pancakes do not taste good after spending hours in a hot display unit. The only time I tried the pancakes they were crisp instead of being flexible. My only other complaint was that there was no minibar in the room, although there was a place f

Requested a room change after 1st night and this was provided with cheerful and helpful reception staff.

The internet charges were a liitle expensive. Other hotels provide this as complimentary service.

Sorry, there was nothing to like!

We had an extremely poor meal in the hotel restaurant, and although complained did not think it was dealt with properly. We didnt get a Sunday newspaper although ordered. My partner had a bad back and we were faced with a room at the top of several flights of stairs and no lift in the hotel. There was no one to help us with our luggage.

The friendliness of the staff, nothing was too much trouble. The pool, steam room and sauna. The breakfast was excellent.

The noisy air conditioning fan outside our room but our room did not have air conditioning.

Quiet room. Room generally good.

Uncomfortable bed, no air conditioning on a very hot weekend, window only opened a fraction which did not help. Bottle of water cost £5.00 from bar! Hotel stuck out on ring road with nothing much in walking distance.

nasty mattresses made my stay very uncomfortable, and there was a party till 1 in the morning immediately below our bedroom which also kept us awake.
