being so close to the centre and attractions no air condition in the rooms, which made the sleeping very uncomfortable, and not having a fridge to keep water/drinks cool. |

The fitness club and pool, and the buffet breakfast were v.good.Car parking was easy. Restaurant food was only fair,and poor value.Room-maid service was sometimes poor.Winter weight duvets in May spoiled sleep. |

Friendly reception staff. Firstly being put in silly small room with an adjoining door. After paying for an upgrade the new room although having an big walk in changing room (very useful for a one night stays??) and a sofa too big for the lounge was completed by what seemed like the smallest double bed in the world. |

not much ,breakfast was quite good .bathroom clean with plenty of hot water. very uncomfortable bed.bathroom steamed up when showering .no view.tea making facilities poor ,water made it taste undrinkable.lights did not work properly.well worn and tatty.looked like a school dormittory.i could go on .in fact ipropose they bulldoze it and start again.ramada no thanks. |

It has a swimming pool restaurant is abysmal, poor menu and the food is awful and really expensive. Will certainly pay the taxi fare into town next time!! The price of beer is also shocking!! Dont stay here, not worth the money, even if 30% off like the deal i got. |

Room was fine 1. Asked for small glass of house wine given most expensive wine on list. 2. Coffee cup had a strong smell of dish washer fluid and still had particals in it. 3. Dinner, ordered Warm Pita Bred and dips, got Cold Pita Bread & Chutney! Spoke to Reception and Duty Manager. |

Convenient to my first business meeting. To pay £11.50 for fish and chips and be given cheap tinned mushy peas was disappointing. |

Having facilities near by like super market and petrol station the way it looked like from the outside and the rooms not having fridges - i would have found it easy to keep drinks cold. |

the reception staff were really good and i liked the gym. the room was very comfortable the breakfast staff were rushed and one was unfriendly, making me feel like i was in the way |

Buffet breakfast was good. The rooms smelled strongly of smoke and the bathroom flooded everytime we used the shower. |

The hotel reminds you of the old school style buildings.... More so there is no lift and the rooms don't feel very comfy especially considering the price your paying. The customer service isn't the best either. I think this place needs a modern day refurbishment. |

The Pool and Sauna While having our breakfast in the restaraunt. A group of other Guests were also breakfasting. The were obviously from a business as they all were dressed in a uniform. Their voices were very loud and they were swearing. Using the words F--K and C--T. We both found this upsetting and one would have thought we were sitting in a public house. We reported this to the receptionist who took no notice. |

swimming pool Why were there metric signs directing customers to the hotel entrance when we use imperial signs in the UK (yards not 'metres') - it looked totally unprofessional (almost political) |
