Twin room very comfortable with all we needed for a two night stay

Being allocated a double room when we booked a twin. Also the double room was very dusty and had not been cleaned for sometime.

Great value and a large room overlooking the countryside. Good breakfast and lovely girl on reception. Well located for Leeds and the A1.

The location was ideal as we were visiting the Harrogate Spring Show. The food on the first evening was good, pity about the second.

The dinner menu on the second night was obviously made up from the left overs from the night before. Ie hake again, this time battered. My husband ordered the gammon which we watched the chef carve from a carvery which had been set up for a coach party and had been sitting there at least an hour and half to our knowledge. The vegetables were also served from this carvery. We did not accept the gammon and the meal was changed to the fried hake, but as I had had this the night before it was obvious that it was left overs being served another way.

Its location was easy to find as we had traveled from Holyhead in Wales, staff very pleasent and lovely comfortable rooms

very helpful and friendly staff and was upgraded to a suite which was perfect for my little girl and I. The bar staff even heated up my little girls bed time milk- so helpful.

Loved the bathroom and the friendliness of the staff

The limescale on and around the shower fittings. The bed was very uncomfortable.

The location was excellent being only just a 5 minute walk away from a lovely riverside town. Value was good as an offer price. Would stay again if up that way.

Fire doors on corridor up to and including room 125 were wedged open with white rubber wedges. As a retired Senior Fire Officer this was not the way self closing fire doors should be. Staff should be reminded of safety in this respect.

Bed room was excellent and very comfortable. Staff friendly and efficient.

Regretfully I found the cost of having a drink in the bar to be very expensive eg £10.80 for 2 Gin and Tonics.

Very close to Wetherby town centre, the A1 and great walking country. The staff were very efficient and helped make our stay a pleasure. The food was also excellent.

The hotel was in walking distance (4 mins) of wetherby town centre. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant was good value for money.

Everything relating to the room etc was excellent.

Would have preferred to stop on site, but meals were overpriced so went to Wetherby for a meal.
