Nice modern hotel staff very helpful, quality of room excellent, food also of a high standard.Hotel fairly close to town centre approx. 20 minute walk, 5 minutes by taxi. I will stay there again in the future.

I was surprised at how good the hotel was, we had a upgrade and my wife loved it. We went ta a party at the hotel and we both thought the staff were very quick at removing your plate and glasses, almost like they were pushing us out of the function.

Great staff - easy check-in and check-out. Thr room was very spacious and computer facilities were excellent. The restaurant was good value. The smaller portion of pasta was suitable as a main course even with my large appetite! Slight down side was the temperatur of the sauna - too cold and the engineer could not adjust it until after I left.

There was nothing wrong, I like the fact that there were obviously people training on reception as they were asking more experienced staff advice but they made up for not having the experience by being very polite and friendly. When the young guy told me to 'have a good day' on checking out I actually think he meant it.

just handy for where we had to visit we returned to remada after the funeral my uncle mr king. the room was set out ready and a light buffet with tea and coffee.your staff were very helpful and attentive

Stayed at the ramada many times.convenient as we have a son and his family living just down the road None Apart from the fact that you are still using Dyfed as the county. Dyfed was disbanded about 15 years ago it should now be Ceredigion

This was the 2nd time we had stayed and we have been equally impressed on both occasions. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and furnished to a high standard and, although we were traveling for leisure, the rooms provide excellent facilities for business travelers, with plenty of plug sockets at desk height, wireless mouse and keyboard provided. The hairdryers are 'full sized', not the travel type which saves on the packing, there's plenty of wardrobe/drawer space and iron and ironing board. The mini-bar is fully stocked and the prices aren't outrageous. All in all, it's amazing value for money.

The room was perfect staff were exceptionally friendly and supportive. The jacuzzi: spa and sauna were broken and not working and when we complained we were told it's fixed now but it wasn'T. Also the breakfast wasn't up to standard not just quality but also presentation and it had human hair on it.

The hotel was fairly central to Wrexham and I found it comfortable. I had a bar meal that was not the best by a long way and was rather processed in the way that it looked and was presented.

We were put in an executive room instead of the standard we booked at no extra charge which was excellent. We visited Wrexham for the Superleague rugby game and the location of the hotel for the ground was brilliant.

Had free upgrade upon arrival!! A big plus in my book. A prefect place to stay for anyone seeing a match at The Race Course Ground as it is only a 5 minute walk around the corner!!!
