Great rooms, friendly staff, great food

Nice big clean updated rooms, great staff and great food. Pretty much what you want from a hotel.

Liked the easy parking, quiet comfotable rooms, good breakfast choice. All very clean and modern.

Asked for early check in which was confirmed, but when we got there the room was not ready. Staff providing the breakfast/coffees seemed a little slow.

Very slow and hap-hazard dinner service. My starter came quicker than people who had ordered 5 minutes before me. But my main came 10 minutes after people who had ordered after me. Some meals were delivered to the wrong tables - as were some drinks orders. It too 15 mins to bring my glass of wine. Food was OK though.

The price of breakfast--I chose not to have breakfast because of this No free Wi-Fi No access to bbc Wales or bbc News Channels on the televison

The room was spacious; everything we needed i.e. hairdryer iron & toiletries. The evening meal was excellent; staff attentive. We will certainly recommend this hotel to friends & family.

The only criticism was that the beds were uncomfortable; seen better days. You rolled to the middle and we could feel springs.

Clean,comfortable room and good location for Wrexham, Chester etc. Hotel staff very helfull and friendly. Breakfast buffet quite nice.

If you compare Hilton with Ramada, in Hilton the rooms are better presented with more comfortable beds and larger rooms. The exec room felt no different from a standard double.

Considering the price is only a few pounds more than you'd expect to pay at many "budget" hotel chains, I think this is excellent value for money. Nice, clean facilities, well appointed rooms, good food in the restaurant and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

key card did nt work had to go back to reception, tap in bathroom sink difficult to operate, several guests also thought the same, bad design.

Well appointed room and of good size.

Breakfast included a good choice but the cooked food was cold. A basic mistake that could have avoided with some good supervision.

It seemed to cater essentially for business users . It was extremely difficult to find as my Tom Tom couldn't pin point the hotel address .

I wasnt very happy with my stay but am unable to give a reason at the moment . probably because I was surrounded by salesmen etc. Principally a business/ conference centre .

Friendly staff who were very efficient, very clean, quiet & comfortable. Great location for visiting other Towns & Cities. Nicely laid out rooms.

Restaurant I felt was over priced. £12.95 for breakfast and I only had cereal and coffee. They did reduce this to £6.95 on mentioning it. I felt the steak was very poor with lots of sinu and I could hardly cut it. When I finished and left half of it the waitress said she would tell the chef but never came back to me.
