Parking was good, bar staff were good, restaurant staff very good. Room was quiet and clean. Reception staff were slow (one was a trainee) on checking in and not particulary on the ball. Internet problem could not be sorted (when logged on screen froze), and staff seemed very unsure about how to remedy - I lost money. |

Hi, I did not like the fact that we booked a double room and got a room with 2 beds pushed together and not even level at that. I consider that a 4 star hotel should have at least what was booked, if a double was not available at the time of booking we should have been informed. Would not return because of this. |

Friendliness of pressurised staff made you feel very welcome both at reception and also in the restaurant. I was not happy with the fact that although, in my party of 6, a family room of 4 had been reserved but, when we reached the room we were surprised to notice both roomd allocated were identical - each had 1 double bed only. A visit to reception rectified matters eventually although I believe on the relocation of a romm my grandson slept on a mattress on the floor. |

The hotel was just what we wanted for a short break, the staff were exalent and the location of the hotel is close to the town centre. The breakfast quality was very good, but a bit slow to replace the buffett when items needed to be. Also when booking on line the car park fee did not appear untill we had paid. |

The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was good, as was the service. The beds were 2 single beds pushed together, the room was a bit shabby and needed updating, the mirror in the room was cracked as was one of the mugs. The decor was yellowed with age, and the bathroom too looked quite dated. The aircon was a little noisy although did work well. All in all we felt it was not worth the extra we paid over and above our usual stay in a holiday inn express. |

the food was ok There is not enough space to write here. In writing direct to the head of the Ramada to complain room was dirty the staff where rude.I have taken photo's from the bedroom and bathroom area absolutely discusted. I would not expect this from such a large company like Ramada. |
