The convenience to Gatwick airport was perfect. The staff were lovely and very professional. The room was spacious compared to rooms in London proper. |

the food was ok There is not enough space to write here. In writing direct to the head of the Ramada to complain room was dirty the staff where rude.I have taken photo's from the bedroom and bathroom area absolutely discusted. I would not expect this from such a large company like Ramada. |

the bed, the lightweight quilt, being able to park near the entrance, plenty of towels, a deep bath, location of hotel, view the fruit for breakfast, the pile of pastries rather than something healthy like yoghurts, the milk in a silver teapot, the lighting was poor and hard to work out, trying to find the TV remote, being charged £10 for continental breakfast 'service charge', which I thought over priced, forgetting the side plate for the toast, only 2 regular teabags in the room, the hot stuffy room tho there may have... |

I got a good night's sleep The shower went blisteringly hot whilst I was under it. The internet in my room didnt work. The gym was cold and unwelcoming. The sorbet dessert was awful - very cheap and nasty flavour. They should have discounted the sorbet from my bill when I complained but they didnt. The restaurant staff were courteous but inexperienced. They knew nothing about wine. The food was not four staff standard. |

The hotel was comfortable and the room was immaculate. It seemed to me to be rather more than 4 miles from the airport and took about half an hour by bus. I thought it would be nearer. However, the bus service was always on time and the hotel itself was faultless. |
