Smooth check-in, nicely presented room, very convnient check-out time I think you should supply hand towels. There were 2 of us and we had 1 bath towel each and a bath mat only. |

it was convienient to get to the shops and nightlife in swansea, which suited our needs. we have stayed hrere before, so we knew what to expect. |

Location, opposite the park and ride to Swansea which cost just 2 pounds per car. Continental breakfast poor value at 5 Pounds 50 pence. |

The rooms were clean and contempoary. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I found the noises carried a lot, and the bed was uncomfortable. Pillows were very flat with no spares. |

Efficient, clean and reasonable accommodation, good location, excellent car parking the bathroom ventilation was poor, and the room steamed up badly while showering - possibly not working? |

Excellent facilities for this range of hotel. comfortable bedroom with excellent bathroom. good breakfast and evening meal facities. excellent parking and convenient for park and ride into the city. |

Good position, convenient to get where we wanted to go to. Although basic suited our needs for a short stay. Breakfast very poor, obviously no where near enough staff to cope with demand even thogh the poor lady on duty did her best. Definately over priced for what was available. Decided not to have breakfast at the hotel after the first morning. |

staff were very friendly and room was nice and clean. location of hotel to city was to far to walk but the park and ride was across the road and only cost 2 pound. could have done with two pillows each. |

Pleased to be able to bring our dog & have room changed to a ground floor upon request. Noon check out. V good value for money Took quite some time to work out how to empty the basin of water! weird plug fitting! |
