The place was clean, staff friendly especially the cook who kindly replaced our meal after a complaint that it was sreved cold by another staff member. No soap in bathroom not enough milk plates were cold for cooked breakfast.

Firstly, we were only staying for the one night and we reported things in the morning when we left. We spoke with the recptionist Paul and have written emial to mr Iqmal general manager? With no reply as yet. We had several problem during the night.. Bed (lumpy and sqeaky) noise (woke early hrs with scrapping on the wall nxt door) pressure of the shower decor of walls in bedroom (bed left side plaster not rubbbed down) and a lick of paint wouldn't go a miss. No ventilation in either shower room or bedroom. No air con only one pillow each (phoned for two more pillows) cleaning staff not friendly in any way! Not even a good morning.. Not good! I know the price was £39 a night but come on.. Just the basics would have been nice. Thanks

It is easy to find. Having a free car park is useful. Breakfast good. Distance from public transport links and other facilities such as restaurants. Quite basic considering the price.

The price would have been fair if I'd have stayed the night, but due to the mold it was dangerous so I left The bed was very uncomfortable and falling apart with a make shift repair on the right hand leg, only two pillows and small bath towels. Considering the hotel is relitively new the condition of the furniture was very poor. Also, the toilet seemed unsafe and there was mold in the shower. All in all, a very poor room. In fact I didn't stay the night because the mold is a threat to a health condition that I have.

I found the staff at reception and bar excellent and very helpful. It was a bit further out of town than expected and with no connecting bus service.

Efficient, proactive and friendly staff. Extremely good value for price paid. Had to ask Front desk for TV remote control; but this was brought to our room within ten minutes.

I thought the hotel needed updating. The furniture and furnishing were tired and in some parts dirty.

I felt that the location was very good and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was close enough to commute to town but far enough from the hustle of the night life

It was what I expected. Easy location. Noise from main road outside of my room. Better soundproofing required. The wet room did not really work as the water did not drain into shower area. Flooded rest of bathroom which made it difficult to use after shower.

A good clean hotel & very good value for money There always seems a lack of staff with only 1 person on the reception & looking after the bar however she do a very good job in coping with all customers

Location and friendliness of the staff Their was an argument over the pricing on the internet - and also the grouting in the bathroom was in a very poor condition/missing with chunks of the grouting laying around the bathroom I have stayed here many times and this was the first 'blip' and would not put me off staying here again.
