Value for money, telephone to reception available as well as wide choice of 24/7 food.

It should be easier to get to standard freeview tv channels without all the pressure to purchase the premium channels.

Staff were very helpful booked our taxis and got all of our rooms together - Maria was great on reception , 3rd time I've stayed now :)

Not much choice on menu could do with some baguette or wraps n chips

The fantastic Power Shower in the bedroom combined with very comfortable surroundings and bed

WE brought our dog with us and was disappointed there was no direct link to the Marina from the Hotel. We had to walk along the busy dual carriageway for time before finding a suitable and safer walkway. On the last day of our stay unfortunately there was a rush at breakfast and several clients had to wait up to 20-30mins for fresh bacon, sausage and eggs etc.

Although described as budget it was a better room than expected very clean, fresh and we enjoyed our stay

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy and it's pretty cheap.

The laminated bedroom floors meant I could hear every footstep from the room above. The food was very poor quality and not even cheap to compensate.

Clean and Tidy.

We had booked in on line with booking .com and had the comfirmation from them.Ihanded in the comfirmation sheet to the front desk and was told that there was no booking for me. I was told that booking.com hadn't comfirmed the booking.After my wife and I was kept waiting for around 20mins we was then given a room.Which I can asure you we are not happy about.

Being away from the hotel, and leaving on the sunday

The fact that they had hen and stage parties staying in the hotel and shouting and swearing and making people feel vulnerable and scared. Totally unexceptable that the night staff could not stop the noise. Friday night it was just an hour of noise, but Saturday night, it started at 2.30 and went on sporadically until 5.30 am. Every time you would drop off to sleep so the noise would start up. We could hear the taxi pull up outside the hotel and then the noise coming from the reception area and all the way up the stairs. This is not a hotel l would recommend to anyone.

The staff were rude, I was charged for things I never had, an when trying to query this I was given no help, when checking out the lady at the counter was so rude I was actually surprised.

we did not like the bar shutting at 11pm. having been out for an evening it would have been nice to come back and relax in the hotel bar and have a few drinks with friends.

The price was really good as we used it as an over night stop. The shower was good and the bed was comfortable

The breakfast was expensive and food wasn't brilliant

Basic but clean and comfortable. Adequate for stop over on way to wedding in Pembrokeshire.

The windows in the room (219) didnt seem to be fully fitted as the noise from the traffic through the night was as if the windows were wide open so unfortunately not a particularly good nights sleep.

Convenience in location

Prices of food were a bit too much but you were left with no alternative nearby

The staff were friendly, breakfast was always well stocked and the rooms were kept tidy with a large bathroom

Cost of internet price, compared to other chains who offer at a far cheaper price/ free. location was too far from city centre for walking distance

We cannot fault the Ibis Swansea. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite a good size which is not always the case for other hotels of this type. We would definitely stay there again should we want to stay in Swansea. When there was a slight problem with something bot being available on the menu it was immediately rectified.

The only thing that was missing and is is only a small thing, there is no-where to put the soap when having a shower. Apart from that there was nothing to dislike

Kindness of the young lady at reception who was courteous and helpful on my arrival, having driven a long way.
