I liked the location, quite and clean room, good bed and shower. There was a fire alarm in the hotel in the afternoon - 4 firefighters cars came to place but obviously there was not fire as we could soon go back in from the street. I found fire-stairs easily.

Fantastic location. Bad and overpriced breakfast. Charging £15 a day for wifi is an absolute no-go.

This hotel wins hands down for location, near good selection of restaurants, can walk to Oxford Street, Convent Garden, and to most theatres, so no taxis or tubes necessary. Really close to British museum ans China Town. Room was lovely, bit warm but the windows open so no problem, very quite too. Thought breakfast was very expensive, we had continental which was ok but £15.95 was a bit steep.

Cozy, clean room with very comfortable bed, pillows and high quality linen. Small room (unreasonably as single). An armchair would have been nice.

Character and ambience of the hotel was lovely. Very polite reception team. The extractor did not work in the bathroom so it was impossible to use the mirrors etc for some considerable time after a shower. Had to keep the bathroom door open to vent the room. Temperature of room was impossible to reduce. Didn't want to bring someone in as we got back to the room so late.

Room was extremely cold, I used towels as extra bedding for the children and slept wearing a scarf and gloves. There was an incredible amount of noise outside the window until very late and again early in the morning.

we stayed near christmas time and the hotel was beautifully decorated and felt very christmassy. nothing was too much trouble and the rooms were very comfortable. we were on a shopping and theatre trip and were only 10 mins walk from everything. would not consider anywhere else to stay in the future as this place ticks all the boxes.

It was very central for shopping in Oxford street soho and the west end. Rooms were very small, We travel to London frequently and this is the most I have paid for a hotel yet it was the smallest room we've ever had, the bathroom was outdated and the television was a small portable I expected more for my money.

“Price and affordability given that the location was at oxford circus, within 3 mins walk of the tube and near to the shopping areas. Room was spacious and comfortable with free Wi-fi. The hotel staff was also friendly and helped us to arrange for a cab to the airport when we left on boxing day as there was the tube strike going on. Booked cab also arrived on time despite the traffic jam in the area. Great for people who want a no frills, comfortable and convenient place to stay right in central London.” Walter, Singapore |
