I only stayed for one night and didn't use any of the services but the room was nice and clean and the staff were very friendly. During the evening, there was a lot of noise from people outside but shutting the bathroom door effectively blocked it out. There was also some noise from bins being collected in the morning but it was only brief. Neither of these are really the hotel's fault. I didn't have breakfast because it was too expensive. |

The location is fantastic - a short walk to Oxford street, chinatown, theatres etc. Staff were very helpful and hotel was clean, welcoming, in good repair and nicely decorated. Bar was cosy and well-stocked with reasonable prices - (bottle of nice wine for about £20). Not really. Some noise from the pub until about 11:30 on the Friday night but didn't disturb us at all as we were still up. After that - nothing. |

Spacious room and a good bed. Room service poor in that staff not aware of wine selection on wine list perhaps wine list should be numbered. Staff member just kept bringing wrong bottle of wine and was unable to comprehend which wine we wanted even when shown wine list. |

The location was very central to Oxford Street and the tube. The rooms were a decent size, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were both helpful & friendly. |

It was a very central location, close to the West End so it was convenient for going to see a play. I thought the staff could be friendly. |

The location. The room did not have a good air conditioning unit. The tub drainage could use some clearing. |

The hotel's fixtures and furniture have a early 20th century feel but are all in tip top condition. Bathroom was a little small but done the job. Tv tiny 18 inch with old controller, no good for breakfast in bed relaxing! |

The location is excellent. Close to loads of resturants and theatre land. Tranport just a short walk away. From our arrival to departure the staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. All staff in all departments excellent. Local authority Re-cycling lorry emptying the bottle bins. |
