It was a really lovely place to stay and I would recommend it unhesitatingly. Colwyn Bay is not in itself a great tourist attraction and my 'fair' for the 'location' reflects this. The specific site however ranks higher. It has its own very pleasant and relaxing environment and is a welcome distraction from the busyness of the town.

What a wonderful place to stay, in our case for a family wedding nearby. But I would thoroughly reccommend it as a base for any visit to North Wales There was nothing to dislike,.It was excellent in every respect

Large quiet house in a domestic road on a hill inland from the beach with three good sized guest bedrooms. High quality furnishings throughout. Bedroom very comfortable and a a good size. Excellent shower room which also has a "steam room" facility for relaxation. Excellent breakfast with a particularly good range of options, Fruit juices, fresh fruit, cereals, porridge, pastries and full English or Kippers. Welcoming, friendly and helpful service from the staff throughout. We would recommend this and would certainly go there again.

The house is lovely, with flowers blooming inside and out. Marian and Anthony, were both extremely pleasant and very willing to help. The room was extremely comfortable, with every facility one could require. The breakfast was superb. Every aspect of the b&b was of a high quality.Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a lovely house with good service.

The standard of the accomodation was excellent, and the proprietors, Marian and Anthony, were both extremely pleasant and very willing to help. Would definitely recommend to friends and colleagues as an perfect base to stay in North Wales!

Absolutely outstanding. Spotlessly clean, very comy, a joy to be there. Breakfasts amazing, must try the delicious homemade bread/toast. Very welcoming friendly, nothing to much trouble so lovely, going back again in november that impressive! Just brilliant

This is a charming B&B. The old house is lovely, with flowers blooming inside and out. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.. Our room was not large, but it was tastefully decorated and very clean. I especially enjoyed the steam shower in the morning. The breakfast room was large and beautifully appointed. The food and coffee were excellent. The neighborhood is lush with mature trees and plants and it is an easy walk to the promenade.

A beautifully maintained house and very well situated. We had a lovely large bedroom with super en-suite bathroom. Marian and Anthony were excellent hosts and very informative. The cooked breakfasts were excellent - far better than most 5* hotels we have stayed in previously. Would certainly stay at the Rathlin again.

Excellent standards here. Well presented house and gardens, and bedroom was comfortable. Very clean throughout. I will be recommending to others. When I return I may ask for slightly cooler duvet, as the weather was quite heavy. Just a small point.
