Friendly staff and good clean comfortable rooms with real value for money to suit our needs as a weelend break in Newcastle. I have stayed there 4 times before. Bar did not stay open 24 hours as advertised, it closed at 11pm |

The rooms were kept clean and more space.The breakfast was excellent except for too much salt in the bacon. I often struggle to get the television channels on. I demanded for non smoking rooms, but one of the rooms reserved for me was full cigarette odour. |

Staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was enjoyable. Good laugh in the bar at nights and not too exspencive for drinks. |

would`nt recommend it to anybody . I felt traped . It doesn`t deliver what it says on the booking everything !!! If you decide to try your luck dont stay for breakfast is the best recommendation i can make |

Very helpful staff, good food in the restaurant and good big family room. Not enough towels. Stag do's on 2 nights, with too many people causing too much disruption for the staff to cope with, and in one case only quiet enough to sleep by 6am- not good |

The hotel is in dire need of refurbishment. The bath creaked and the floor tiles were coming away because the floor moved. the curtains were so old and faded, they were tearing. The conservatory roof leaked and buckets were everywhere. A pity, as the staff were very good, helpfull and friendly. |
