The owners were very helpful, friendly and lovely people. the rooms were very clean and comfertable. Breakfast was lovely, a very nice place to stay. |

This was a first class base for everything we needed, simon and his wife did all the could for us even taking our bag to our room, they couldnt have been more welcoming. the hotel is a home away from home, we were on this trip to visit some of devons tourist attractions and the hotel was in the right location, close to local attractions but far enough away not to be in the busy harbour area. |

Very friendly reception. Helpfull but relaxed. Room was airy with lovely comfy bed. Close enough to Torquay town center without the hustle. |

The hotel had a friendly atmosphere. The couple who run the place were very nice, and the breaky was tasty. Also enjoyed the shower. I wasn't so sure about the bathroom door in the room, didn't feel as private as it could have. |

The service is good during the breakfast, the food is good quality,people is friendly. When we stayed in your hotel,everything was fine, but the upstairs guests are making nosies during 11pm-12am mid-night, i think you should mention about it when the guests come to your hotel, so everyone can have a nice sleep, this is just my personal opinion. |

The staff were pleasant and comforting. The room was comfortable and a wonderful place to stay in. The bed was so nice I didn't want to get up in the morning, because it was so comfortable, but then I remembered how tasty the English breakfast was. |

great value for money! Although the hotel is not very modern, the staff was friendly, excellent breakfast, fast (and free) wireless internet, close to the city-centre. |
