Was comfortable and clean, not to ar from services, and overall we enjoyed our stay.
Needs either ceiling fans installed or some pedesatal fans, as it was quite humid inside during the summer.
Excellent location beside train station and short walking distance to town centre. Comfy bed. Could not fault the place.
Proximity to station yet we never heard a train.
What a great spot to stay while in Cambridge - quiet, comfortable, and safe. If you are an American, this is the best place to reside in Cambridge. The bed was very, very comfortable. The bath was modern and sparkling clean.
location, furnishing, Cleanliness, parking available
The apartment was ideal & came with a secure parking space. It was a 15 minute walk to the centre with various restaurants/coffee shops en route. We had a lovely weekend in Cambridge.
1. Minor point but darker curtains in the bedroom would be good as it gets light so early this time of year. Everything else was fine. 2. Booking.com had the wrong postcode to the apartment which delayed us finding the property.
Close to train station. Could do laundry in washer/dryer. Owner kindly let us in 2 hours early to stash suitcases, although unit was still being cleaned.
Slippery bathtub - needs non-slip mat. A mirror on the wall above an electrical outlet would be nice so that you can dry your hair and see what you are doing.
Very close to train station quiet location. Good parking
Clean, comfortable and stylish inside, good location for amenities, a lovely apartment.
Bath/shower very temperamental: cold bath or scalding hot shower.
Very neat, clean, functional, and well equipped.
A little on the small side for the price. Could clearly hear movement in the apartment above.
We could not have been more delighted with this apartment...we arrived early on the train from London as we were attending Open Day at the University of Cambridge. I did not expect that we would be able to rid ourselves of our luggage hours before check-in but the owner immediately took my call and told me I could drop by in an hour for the keys. When we arrived, he and his lovely wife were both there and gave us a great run-down on the details of the accommodation. The real joy, however, was the actual apartment itself - located in a beautiful, quiet road, literally minutes from the train station, M&S Express, buses and taxis, with a gorgeous interior layout and furnishings with everything provided, and spotlessly clean! The bathroom was supplied with all the necessaries, plus a great shower; the kitchen was faultless. We spent two weeks in the UK in various accommodations and this was definitely the best one..at a great price!! I only wish we could get the same in London..
Oven took a little getting used to !
