I like the location, not too far from the city centre; Rooms were clean and the service was pretty good.
I did not like the bathrooms, because it was too small and there was no hot water on the third floor.
Good point: location and free parking
Bad point: Low speed Internet(WiFi), cold water shower(at least, Room 15).
Location is perfect, two minute walk from Holland Park Tube. Room and bed very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.
My room was a little hot, perfect for people who like heating on full blast. Easily resolved by opening the window though!
dirtily, horrible unpalatable breakfast, sticky forks and cups..brrrr
The location and all staff are very nice. Is very clean and the breakfast is good.
Rooms on top floor have been refurbished and are ok if a bit on the small side. The location is close to a tube station and bus stops and walking distance from restaurants and pubs.
Lift not working, it appears that it has not been working for some time. The hotel is looking very tired and is in need of a total refurbishment
We had a really nice room at the top of the building, classed as a superior room.
The staff have absolutely no idea of how to welcome or treat guests. The man on Reception (if you can call it reception) was dirty and smelled. He did not smile or welcome us,just explained the keys and breakfast time. DON'T have the continental breakfast. The breakfast experience was appalling although the English breakfast was fine.
No lift and 4 sets of spiral stairs not good for disabled or elderly as en suite rooms on 4th floor. No tea making facilities in rooms.
Nothing, I wish I could get them a minus.
Staffs were rude, they doesn't seem happy to have a customer. Also some of them barely to understand English!!! It was a lift/elevator but I was inform that wasn't working. I gotta drag my 2 luggages up the stairs. Also they were stairs at front. If you have luggage think twice!!!
Only book the top floor rooms there the best, it's an ok hotel well priced and in an excellent location.
Lift no working.
The location is very good, although it's not on the centre of London, has got bus, underground and taxis at the entrance of the hotel. The food was very good and they serve both continental and English breakfast! The rooms and toilets have always the heating on, so they are very comfortable! :D
There is nothing I did not like.
Our room was nice and bath / shower were ok. Hotel is very conveniently located, 50m from Bus stop and Holland Park Underground station.
Common rooms are shabby and not well looked after. Dust and dirt everywhere. Breakfast was poor. Staff appears uninterested and unkempt. Pay was required on arrival, not on departure. Very old windows with no insulation whatsoever against cold or noise from the street (which is quite noisy). No WiFi available.
Parking was good
Breakfast was terrible
For London, incredibly cheap. Clean, plenty of storage in bedroom and good blackout, sound reducing curtains. Breakfast better than many more expensive London hotels. OK, it is in dire need of a refurb, but that is reflected in the price. Great position for West London and Hyde Park.
On main A40 road so traffic noise most of the night. One toilet, one shower per floor - but actually never seemed a problem when I was there.
It's a very old place which needs a thorough revamp. All facilities are very run down. Breakfast is cooked by the same person who serves&cleans the tables, and quality of food is below any standards. Didn't see the Hygine certificate, I have a feeling this one isn't high enough to be displayed. Location is very good, building itself is impressive from outside, price is good, but we only stayed for 1 night and were happy to get out.
The rooms need a little love and care The tea and coffee facility needs to be better The lounge needs to be a little more user friendly The lift should be working at all times
Great position Great price
Window only openable with improvised wedge. Floors saggy in places
*Location. *New rooms on top floor were nice. *The unexpected thigh burning fitness workout of walking 3 flights of stairs to my room! (with/without baggage - see the reason why opposite >>)
Lift not working!! - I was told a completely different reason than the other party I was staying with! This made me suspicious, so I read some reviews on booking.com and guess what? - the Lift 'not working' has been a problem for quite a lot of people! I don't appreciate being lied too! Breakfast was POOR. Eggs and tomatoes were UNDERCOOKED, only got about 19 Baked Beans and 1 rasher of Bacon - Awful. Coffee was warm - not hot! Noise! If your staying on the front side of the hotel - it's noisy!
Newly decorated executive suites on Top Floor looked nice. Good Location.
Lift was not working, was told engineer coming Monday. Frankly this wasn't good because stairs were difficult for my Mother. Newly decorated executive suites are on the top floor only! Bedroom light not working. Sink Taps loose. Bathroom Bin broken. Shower unit Temperature knob fell off! Bad stain on top bed cover.. No tea/coffee making facility in room - down stairs only. Breakfast was very poor quality and not enough.
rooms to small
Very close to the bus stop and the tube, nice lady at the front desk being helpful on questions about London. The bed was repaired the same day after I reported that it was broken from the beginning - I thought it had to be like that!
The plaster o the walls was loose in some parts, massively hot heating system on the first day, then no more heating at all due to complaints, then no more warm water in the shower. The shower stank after having taken one. The board under the matress was broken, very impressive (literally) bedsprings. The room to the front was very loud due to the traffic. Rather commanding lady at breakfast.
We were really happy with our stay at your Ravna Gora Hotel. Being price conscious travelers on a budget this place was just right for us. Needing a reasonably priced hotel near underground station it was ideal. Would recommend this hotel.
It completely ruined my trip. Bed bugs on the Bed. 50 bites to which i am allergic. Would never recommend this hotel to any one!!!!
it was really near Holland park tube, was really good value,i enjoyed my stay it was perfect for what we were in London to do I would stay again
