The location and the atmosphere. Staff were polite and approachable. The room was great and had a sea view. Great place to staff when we visit family and friends. There was absolutely nothing to dislike. It is an excellent place to stay.

The whole experience of staying at the Rayanne was lovely. We asked if we could have earlier access to the room and within 2 hours of booking I received a call from Connor the owner to con firm this wouldnt be a problem. The staff were always smiling and willing to help. The food was wonderful a really nice atmosphere throughout. We would definately stay there again.

Excellent place but expensive. I did not mind the price for the occassion but would find it expensive for 2 days for a couple. This stay was 1 night for solo.

Could not be more complimetary about the standard of accommodation. The room overlooked Carrickfergus. It was 'romantically intoxicating' with a luxurious room accompanied by a gourmet breakfast. Outstanding.

Close to BelfastGeorge Best aerodrome and Hollywood golf course yet quiet and peaceful. A good breakfast and family service atmosphere. Dinner was available and saidto be gourmet - a 9 course 'Titanic"menu was advertized, but had to be ordered at breakfast. This ment it was unavailable for guests staying one night and checking in in the afternoon. Children playing n the gardensclose to the driveway are in ptential danger from cars on the gravel drive. Although close to the aerodrome brekka is not available before 0715 which menat msing the kippers for a mundane juice an cereal start to the journey!

The breakfast menu was excellent. It's nice to be offered something different. I liked the extra little touches I.E. ornaments, pamper packs, etc. It was like a home from home. I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Excellent, 8.8
Score from 56 reviews
“The Maranatha is ideally situated - with off-road parking - for exploring Belfast and its surroundings. Marian served a lovely breakfast with a good selection of cold and hot choices - plenty to keep you going until mid-afternoon! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and intend going back when I have more time to explore the city.” Kathleen, Broughty Ferry |

Very good, 8.4
Score from 26 reviews
“Everything! From the welcome received at the reception to the consistent professionalism of all the staff we met. Our room was stunning - I could have happily spent the entire weekend in it! The view of Belfast Lough was "worth going the journey" for alone. All the meals we had were excellent, especially our meal in the Mitre restaurant. We were there the week before Christmas and already the atmosphere was very festive. Only wish we could've gone back for Christmas!” Maura, Kraainem |
