Pleasant helpful customer facing staff are the hotels strong point. The main building has lots of charm and charachter. Good location, convenient for University. Not far from town and free parking and internet. Reasonable choice of breakfast and nicely cooked and presented. Housekeeping in the rooms is of an inconsistant standard but the hotel are in the process of addressing this. Hope they sort it out because it's otherwise a nice hotel . |

The fittness suite A lot of noise intrusion from adjacent rooms. Floorboards above room 504 very squeeky. Could hear other guests snoring! Also, 2 pillows would be nice! |

The staff were friendly and helpful when dealing with a complaint. Contrary to their 'Lone Ladies' policy, I was initally put into a room in the building out the back, on the ground floor facing the car park directly. The en suite shower was a cubicle in the corner of the room, and the bathroom was a toilet (that hadn't been flushed!) and a small hand sink (with mould around the plughole). |

Nice location and ideal surroundings Yes-unfortunately we were unable to shower as no hot water despite leaving shower on for 5 minutes and trying each setting. Also we were unable to have a hotdrink as the kettle kept sparking and we were unable to disconnect plug from socket as it appearedto be "glued" into socket. |

The staff were excellent and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The breakfast was also good! For us, location (near to the hospital) was paramount as we were visiting the Special Care Baby unit daily. |

Not much, it was cheap The restaurant was dreadful. The shower was feeble and even though I asked reception to have someone look at it nothing happened |

The hotel matched the price I paid for the accommodation. I use this site often to book Hotels throughout the UK and find that people expect to pay a very low price and expect five star standards. Get real and check your spelling ,if you're competent, before submitting opinions. A clean toilet would be a bonus!! |

None of the above classifications fit. It is a utilitarian hotel for working people. The continental breakfast is very average. The cooked breakfast was ridiculously expensive. There was no indication that the Hillingdon Prince and the Comfort Inn (the only name I had on my internet booking paper) were one and the same - I had some problem finding it. Once inside all the paperwork is still Comfort Inn. The standard of cleanliness was not great but imrpoved during the week. |

The stay was pleasant and staff was really helpful. Clean, spacious room. The hairdryer on the wall was installed way too far away from the socket, it was difficult to plug it in. |

Bed comfortable, hot water and quiet (at the rear of main building) Bathroom looked and felt dated. tiles missing, could do with being retiled but was functional. Thought breakfast was a rip off at £6 and didn't contemplate dinner for that reason. Radiator in hall was on full due to lost themostat. £49 per night was a littel too high. £40 tops is a more realistic figure |

Excellent service from staff - could not fault anyone. Nice touch with the plenitful supply of milk in our room as many hotels do not provide enough. Good size portions for dinner menu, however, more attention to presentation would make a lot of difference. |
