Firm mattress and smiling staff at breakfast. The floors and the bath did not look clean (bath had hair). My sons room had no phone so we could not contact him if we needed to. This was pointed out but nothing was done about it. Rooms were small.

Friendly helpful staff at the reception desk on arrival. As a traveller with food intolerances, it would have been good to be able to fully use the small kitchenette, which included a fridge, microwave and hot plate. The room and kitchen area could be so much better, with improved attention to cleanliness and detail. I left a list of 12 things that would help improve the room and facilities, e.g. leaking radiator, dust behind TV, noisy headboard.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming which is the best thing about Hillingdon Prince. The bed was comfortable and bathroom very nice. The bar area was very comfortable. No restaurant or evening meal. The breakfast took a long time to arrive but was very nice when it did come.

nice hot water. a fridge and microwave were handy. The breakfast was good but would have been expensive had we not had it included in the deal. Room distinctly dingy and somewhat seedy. Realised next morning that work was being done within the hotel but we would have liked an updated room. The bath was dirty, as were the windows. The linen was not really white anymore. egh Photos on web did not represent what we got.

Nothing Expect a old building. From outside looks OK, from inside is old, dirty and smelling. Staff are not helpful at all. Far from everything. Is expensive. I can not really think in a single reason why I should recommend this hotel.
