The staff were excellent the hotel is newly decorated and clean. Parking and breakfast were good and weren't hidden extras The bed was a bit hard and the large fan/heating system you find in the ceiling of most hotels couldn't be switched off - only a minor annoyance though

Myself & my partner loved our stay at the hotel & found the extremely friend & helpful. The food was amazing & the surrounds were just as good. I would defiantly stay again & would also really consider staying here next time I travel from Heathrow. If I have one gripe I would said that the toilet products didn't match u to the rest of the room.

We chose this hotel because of its location for picking up the M25, M4, Heathrow only 10 mins by car, also right outside the hotel you have plenty of buses and the Underground at Uxbridge takes you right to central London for all the attractions. The check-in was very friendly and quick, room was extremely clean, very comfy bed, clean towels everyday, tea and coffee making facilities and added extras like iron, fridge, safe and free wifi. We had a great weekend and would definately use the hotel again.

Ideal if flyingfrom Heathrow, Great location, quiet, parking, wondefull staff, rooms clean and comfy, helpful in all areas, great prie, late 2pm checkout free, highly reccommend. Long thin corridors, not suitabke for less able, and signs to rooms, reception, bar ....car park , toilets need to be bigger and more visual and in places of options in direction.!

Once I'd found the heating controls and got the sauna like conditions to subside, it was great. The hotel is on a very busy dual carriageway, but was extremely quiet inside, and I had an undisturbed night's sleep - quite unusual these days! All the staff I met were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very pleasant if a little dear, but the service was top class.

Nice style - hotel and pub. Much better than staying in a genetic hotel. Plus free wifi - hotels that charge for wifi really annoy and this doesn'T.

We stayed here last weekend and was very impressed. The hotel was very smart, check in receptionist was very friendly, had a lovely good sized room with trouser press, iron, hairdryer, fridge, seating area and also nice tv! Also very fresh and clean. Good location for going in to Uxbridge or London. No real negatives, only slight problem was that corridors to rooms are bit like a maze, no problem for me, but some people might get lost!

Staff were welcoming and helpful, room was clean and comfy, bar meal beer and then breakfast all met or exceeded our expectation. Rare to find free wifi that provided a fast connection without dropouts (we were !st floor towards centre of the building). We were given a standard double room on checkin, as one had become available. We travel with business a fair amount, and when we need accommodation in the area again, this will be our choice.

We stayed here as it was very handy for a function we were going to at Brunel University. The rooms were really decent. There was no wow factor (it would be great if the rooms reflected the more stylish decor of the public areas) but they looked fine, were very clean, comfortable, and had everything you needed. The bathroom was well designed and everything worked well. We have a super comfortable bed at home, and are hard to please in this respect, but we both slept surprisingly well. The only bug bear was being woken at 6 or 7 on Sunday morning by slamming doors of, presumably, other guests leaving. We had a good breakfast served by helpful staff. All in all, very relaxing.

We had excellent service; as we were meeting family we had a luncheon reunion for 4 and a dinner reunion for 9 : each was exceptional. From the food to the service to the facilities - could not fault it. Reception staff very happy to oblige if possible, extended our check out free of charge, would recommend to local relatives for meals and overseas travellers for accommdation/meals.
