Hotel was fab and so was the location for uxbridge where my family live. Only one bad point was in our room there was a low humming sound all night. I assume it came from the power of the boilers of the hotel. It wasn't enough to keep us awake so I didn't complain. Lovely room and nice coffee :D
Low humming sound in hotel room all night.
Very nice hotel. We stayed in an executive family room.
Sofa bed wasn't pre made and was very stiff to get out. Room got a bit too warm. Room service breakfast was over priced and we had to ask for more butter and preserves as only a minimal amount supplied. No room service after 9.45pm was very disappointing, that was one of the main reasons for booking this hotel so all in all we slept there but felt disappointed. Wouldn't stay again.
Room Helpfulness of staff. Breakfast. Parking ok managed to park no problems. Room was warm and clean.
Nothing of note
location, food/pub and staff
I expect a bit more for the price
The bar and the restaurant and the size of the room were excellent
The man that initially checked us in at 9pm on the saturday night was very rude and unwelcoming had absolutely no customer service no smile no enjoy your stay etc just basically pointed towards our room. However the lady that checked us at was extremely friendly and pleasant
I couldn't cancel my last day at the hotel; the hotel staff couldn't help me and Booking.com did not give me access to the booking details.
Advance booking system. Pleasant room with character and a large seperate bath room and toilet. Car park.
Having to leave after our enjoyable stay
Bed is very comfy
All was fine
As an unemployed person I was quite shocked at the cost of £135 a night. This may just be my ignorance.
Hotel was clean, comfortable & in ideal location for our family party.
Just one thing. Our Breakfast yogurts were out of date by 3 days! I'm sure it was an error!
Everything. The pub was very cosy with lovely food and staff. The rooms were lovely, warm and comfy with little extras-fridge, trouser press, iron & board. Had a great peaceful nights sleep after spending the day in London.
Standard of accommodation very good, no noise even with a busy bar area. Very clean Staff polite and attentive.
Wi-Fi a little slow
Nothing to dislike
Helpful friendly staff, Very good food Comfortable clean rooms Very good and varied menu for both Breakfast and Dinner
Cleanliness of the room, modern facilities set in an ancient coaching inn
Long corridors with poor signage, but really everything was great
Rooms were very nice with iron, hair dryer etc Spotlessly clean and much nicer than I was expecting Good onsite parking Nice bar and restaurant
Breakfast although nice was expensive at £10.95 for scrambled eggs on toast
Nice and cosy. More proper English than other hotel chains. Breakfast good and nice with the pub in the hotel. Gives and English feel.
Staff in restaurant seamed unsure of who should have what, and slow refill of breakfast buffet.
Another peaceful night's sleep.the Red Lion doesn't disappoint especially with good deals to be had at the week ends
Rooms were comfortable and spacious and clean.
Pillows were too soft and although the staff were very nice and apologetic in the restaurant, the food was brought to the table incorrectly ie: main meals before the starter. When our main meals did arrive some of the main ingredients were missing /unavailable, which we were not informed about at the time of ordering. In fairness, we were given the starter for free but it coloured our overall view of our stay.
A great place for an overnight stay on the way to Heathrow. Very comfortable. Quiet. Easy to find. Great dinner. Were able to provide an early breakfast, which was very helpful as we had an early flight.
Nothing to speak of.
Service, beds, food
Few drawers and closet in double rooms for the clothes of a family that stay there a week
Close to Brunel University. On site free parking.
My overall experience was good and would certainly stay again if I needed to be in the general area
Didn't like being shown to a small table on the corner of the breakfast room There was no room to pull chair out and it was in the main thorough fare. Staff were not that keen when I asked to sit somewhere else. I felt that this request may have affected the service
Close to Heathrow Airport.
Predatory drink mixer pricing. e.g. lemonade or ginger ale priced separately.
Clean comfortable room and bathroom.
No lift, had to carry luggage up the stairs.
