Our apartment was great in terms of location, amenities and general layout
It would have been good if checkout was later on
The only thing lacking was a full length mirror. It was also very hot but understandable given the weather.
Nice fully self catering apartment in central london. Big terraces (including roof top). Open kitchen & living. Bedrooms good size & comfortable.
Bedroom blinds always down (broken). No air-conditioning, so would get hot in mid summer. Having to collect key at different location.
Great Location Great facilities Awesome WIFI
The location. Light and airy.
Sofa and chair needed good clean, as did the second duvet. No tea towels.
No air con. 27 degrees in the apartment. Staff incredibly unhelpful and rude. Spent last night of our stay walking the streets as too hot in the apartment and was making us ill. Company would not even give a refund or place us elsewhere for this night. Do not stay here. Utter misery.
Fantastic location great flat
Lovely apartment--well designed and appointed. The shower room is amazing! Great location--we usually look to locate around Green Park, as a rule of thumb, but this was actually better---We will use Holcomb as our new base. Would stay there again.
Heat system must be in the floor (no vents or heaters visible). It would have been nice to have a notebook that explained how the apartment works. We could have used another comforter or an extra blanket.
Very central and spacious apartment Nice layout.
Very poor reception on the TV it kept freezing all the time. Very poor WiFi connection had to rely on a BT hotspot to get any decent broadband speed.
Great apartment for a couple with a young baby and within walking distance of great ormund street hospital, the purpose of our visit
I didn't like having to pick the keys up from the office
The room was not cleaned up when I arrived at the room late aftenrnoon. The office of the appartment was far from the appart ment and I had to tell the problem but here was no telephone in the room! I finally made a phone call from the real estate near the appartment and I could reach them. The organisation is not so good.
A very roomy apartment over split levels so you weren't bumping into each other. Good location with a number of cafés/eateries if you didn't want to cook. Superb for Covent Garden area. Would book again.
Picking up keys from another location across the City. Not good when you have luggage. Collection proved difficult when they called to say they'd a power cut where keys were and could we hurry. We allowed plenty of time to get there but they gave us wrong directions assuming we'd come by tube not overhead.
Excellent location! Worth the money for it's location.
it was great in great location
pillows were awful
It was very clean, felt safe and in a great location. The bed was comfortable. Good facilities for making tea. Lovely big fridge. Brilliant shower!
No toilet paper . Television did not work. Noisy heating system in the living room
Comfortable and clean. Central location.
Staff was not the most friendly on the phone and asked for an unreasonable amount of information for check-in.
Good location, comfortable and tidy.Nice kitchen and dining room!
The location is excellent, both for access and ambience. Red Lion Street is one of the most charming streets in a very charming part of London. It was very well kept up, with is free new feel.
While the furnishings are new, they are not especially comfortable. The kitchen appliances were new and fine, but it was short on the implements needed to use a kitchen.
Layout, equipment, space, location
Very little wardrobe space, no mirror in one of the bathrooms
Rude Staff, problem with the heating system
The space,the views
Walk in shower room, would have expected a larger bathroom. No tea towels provided.
The location was brilliant. The place was spacious and accommodated 3 of us well (colleagues). There is a well equipped kitchen area and this would be ideal for families. The views from the roof top ( we were on top floor) were absolutely amazing- on a nice day, it would be a great place to have drinks.
The shower (wetroom) had an awful damp room and i had to keep the door open for 10 minutes before entering. The place was freezing cold and there was no manual to explain how to put the heating on. The procedure to pick up the keys is quite inconvenient, you have to go to kings cross beforehand.
The apartment was spacious and fairly comfortable. The beds were small (doubles) but were actually surprisingly comfortable. It was ideally situated for GOS Hospital where our child was receiving treatment. It certainly met our needs. It was also the same price per night as the good hotels in the area... I would recommend this over a hotel room without hesitation. You get A LOT more value for money.
There was a problem with the drain in the upper bathroom so it was a bit smelly. We used the downstairs bathroom instead but had we have been staying longer it would have been inconvenient. To be fair to the management we didn't inform them of the problem so they had no opportunity to resolve it. We also asked for a cot which was made available but we had to put it up ourselves - just a small detail. The apartment wasn't ideal for a speedy toddler! Lots of stairs, hard floors and glass doors. Luckily we were really only sleeping there otherwise we would have constantly been following our child around to avoid any injury!
The apartment was well presented and clean, and in a good position for access to the underground etc. We would definitely come back for another stay - lovely.
-A convenient alternative to a hotel room if you want a larger space and cooking facilities. The price below comparable hotels. -Very clean (except the fridge, which may be due to the previous guests)
- A bit difficult to get the key when arriving late in the evening. The building where they are located was closed for the evening when I arrived 8.30 pm, and no contact info outside. I sent an email, and the guy came down very fast after that.
