the bedding wasnt changed, found some stale bread in it, room wasnt clean at all. we paid for the cot wich wasnt in our room. I think if you see the booking details that require a cot you would put it in the room without client asking, so our son had to sleep in our bed

Your hotel far exceeded our expectations - perfect in nearly every way. There's a gap under the door to our room (64) and a small chip in the handbasin.

Staff are helpful , rooms are clean, the breakfast menu has a good range of choice and even accommodated me with having gluten free bread. Stayed here twice now and enjoyed our stay both times. Will be staying again when visiting the family.

The waitress who served me breakfast , I was greeted with a smile and good morning as well as some chit chat , and as I was on my own and a little worse for wear due to a heavy night I found it particular nice. Although helpful as they could the level of English known to the foreign workers which were on the front desk was poor and basic when challenged with a question there was a look of confusion and a short unhelpful replays , by what didn't seem to be rudeness more not fully understanding. I use hotels regularly and 9/10 I have an extremely helpful front desk regardles of origin, or even counrty im in they can all fully communicate and answer in perfect English.

The leather sofa. The lack of real ale that was on offer considering it is a Green king pubic house and there were only two ales on.
