Welcoming staff. Location is very close to the centre (<5mins). Room was a decent size, with comfortable double bed. Shower was clean and powerful. Breakfast was very good. Cereal, toast, cooked breakfast and fruit. A nice hotel to stay in when visiting bath. |

The comfort in the lounge and dinning room. The bedroom furniture was old and needs replacing. |

Close to amenities, either by public transport or foot. But expensive by car due to parking limitations. I suggest , it requires a bit more sound-proof walls to provide a more quite environment inside the bedrooms. |

Location is perfect for visiting Bath. The rooms were a good size and everything worked. Breakfast was excellent and the service from the staff throughout was very good. The bedrooms could do with a makeover as they are starting to look a little lived-in. Parking is limited at the hotel but fortunately street parking overnight is free. |

Was really close to the main attractions of Bath. I found the hotel staff to be cold and just ushered us in when we arrived. The room appeared attractive to start with, but then we realised there was a dirty towel in the corner of the room and the bed was completely broken - the worst night's sleep I've ever had, particularly considering how expensive this "hotel" was. When we checked out in the morning, they just took the key and didn't give us an opportunity to comment on whether there was anything wrong with our stay. |

Excellent location - central and quiet. Nice lobby/lounge area. Allows you to stay for just one night at a weekend. The hot buffet breakfast was not great and the room's decor did not live up to what I expected from seeing the lobby. |

The position of the hotel was great. Breakfast was great as well. I didnt like that there were no lifts and had to carry bags up stairs. The rooms were drab. They put our rooms on either side of the floor as a family of 4 even though i requested them close together. |

The location is ideal for exploring Bath being so close to the centre but in a quieter area. The hotel is well organised, parking is available which is a great benefit and there is a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. I stayed on a Friday night and there were a few guests making noise in the early hours of the morning. This is not, of course, the fault of the hotel but could, perhaps, have been dealt with more effectively. |

It was a clean, nice hotel with nice staff! The extra fee for the broadband when the signal was weak and kept disconnecting me, and the lack of a lift. |

It's an excellent value for money. After reading some bad reviews about this hotel I was a bit afraid but I booked it because it was cheap. However I was very pleasantly surprised, it had all the comfort we needed, everything was perfectly working and it was clean even though it's a very old building (which is in the same style like the rest of Bath, and that contributed to the romantic Bath experience). |
