As instalações são muito charmosas, combinam com o clima da cidade. O café da manhã é ótimo e os atendentes muito prestativos. |

Front desk service was as helpful as possible. Rooms have only the basics. Breakfast is basic fare. Hotel has perfect location to access the city. Rooms have not been modified/updated in seemingly decades. No extras/complimentaries offered. It is near impossible to climb the stairs to the top floors if you are travelling and have more than a backpacks worth of luggage. Parking is limited to 10 spaces for the whole hotel. Internet only available in bar area & not free. |

Perfect location. Good breakfast. Cheap. It was very hot and stuffy in the room. Our room was at the third floor and there was no lift in the hotel. No fridge in the room. |

Central location for all the main City attractions. Homely feel about the decorations although some were getting very tired! Breakfast was reasonable. No car parking with hotel and street rates absurd |

I did not like anything whatsoever about the hotel. The room I had was pokey to say the least with a tiny window and when I was there the weather was 30degrees and more. It wasn't clean there were cobwebs everywhere. The toilet was dirty when I arrived and I don't believe the bathroom as a whole had been cleaned since the last visitor nor had the bed sheets been changed. |

The hotel is very close to the centre of Bath and parking is free One of the curtains was falling off the rail and one electric socket was not fixed to the wall. Things like this reflected the general standard of the hotel in fairness |

the breakfast was very good, the hotel bar was good with very good service and very pleasent staff. the bed in our hotel room was very old and uncomfortable, on the two nights that we stayed at the hotel there was a australian cricket team staying with there children, on the first night the adult males were very noisey and played on the piano till after 02.00 hrs am, on the secound night some of the adult males went out on the town after the hotel bar closed, only to return at around 02.00 hrs am and started to get very loud beneath our room window, this awoke my self and my wife, after about 15minuits my wife asked them to be quiet but was just ignored by the males in there intoxicated state, my wife then telephoned the reception to ask if thay could do any thing to help, the male on the reception went out side to ask the males to be quiet but he as well was ignored, at this i my self got dressed and went outside to ask them to be quiet as we had to be up early in the morning for a long journey back home to west yorkshire, all i got was a lot of heated verbal abuse from the males and one of them offering to sort it out with me in the rear car park, the hotel house keeper was then called and had to sort out the situation, so at the end result we did not have a very good weekend break. |

My room was not clean. Te shower had mold on the stall ceiling, and on the tile grout. I thought the hotel had been refurbished. Avoid this hotel until a complete refurbishment takes place. This is definitely not a bargain! |

Most staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Decor was fairly outdated, and some television channels had poor reception. Choice of music in reception/lounge could have been better! |

The location is convenient, the front desk staff were helpful and the room was made up each day. Enough light penetrated past the edge of the door to make sleeping difficult. |

The guy at reception was very friendly and helpful so I had a warm welcome which was nice. The staff that were in the restaurant at breakfast were very helpful and came straight over to ask if I needed anything. My room was small but it was a single so I didn't really need to much space. It was really clean and the bathroom was a good size. The shower was lovely I could have stayed in it for ages. |
