Dinner, good selection and well cooked. Breakfast looked good but I did not have time to have a cooked breakfast parking was a concern as I was driving an estate but there were 2 good spaces by the bar entrance |

Rooms very clean and comfortable and good freshly cooked breakfast. Easy access to town centre (main road was closed during our stay which did result in a small detour). Good parking. |

On arrival i was made welcome,and enjoyed the company of the staff and locals. Very comfortable night and a good breakfast. |

The bathroom was dilapidated, mould on the ceiling, the bath surface was gouged and pitted, the shower mat was unclean. No complimentary toiletries apart from small soap bar were provided. |

Comfortable, good food, nice people, convenient for walking into Exeter, visiting family in the area and ~5 mins away from West Point Exhibition Centre by car Unfortunately the central heating was out of action at that time |
