The whole set up! There was no access to the bedrooms, unless you rang a bell to get one of the staff to open the door to the hotel! |

close to luton airport Bathroom had chipped tiles, broken toilet seat, Meal at the hotel was the worst we had all trip - warmed up, tough, chewy |

Dat we toch nog goed geslapen hebben mag een wonder heten. Zeer positief was dat de keihard stampende disco-muziek precies om 2 uur 's nachts was afgelopen en de daarbij behorende mensenherrie ook. Een hotel van vergane glorie en dat nog slecht onderhouden ook. Wel schoon maar totaal geen service van enig personeel. Meer plaatselijke pub dan hotel. |

Facile d'accés et un parking privatif. Devoir payer pour chaque service au lieu d'avoir une note globale à la fin du séjour. Une isolation sonore et climatique insuffisante. |

la gentilezza del personale:siamo arrivati in ritardo dopo le due di notte a causa di un ritardo con l'aereo e ci hanno accolti con molta cortesia l'hotel è davvero carino e tradizionale, inoltre Luton è collegato benissimo con Londra: in 20 minuti si arriva in St Pancras. La nostra camera aveva luce naturale ed era illuminata dalla luce proveniente dai lamponi della strada ma non è stato un problema, tanto più che in bagno la luce elettrica c'è. It's very nice and the room was pretty and clean. The staff was very kind and polite to us. |
