The staff were excellent - warm and friendly at all times. The restaurant was very good with a new menu every day - good attention to detail and responsive staff. The supervision of a trainee was impressive and supportive. The weather!

The hotel was well situated. Its a comfortable hotel with good facilities. The noise levels at night. Parties in rooms and noisy corridors at 4.30 in the morning! A wedding was on and I think the guests should have been kept together in one part of the hotel away from those going for a relaxing time! Food was of poor quality and restaurant service lacking.

The location is lovely and convenient when travelling on the A1 Being put into a room in the basement with only a brick wall to look at from the window when staying in a building in the middle of a beautiful park. Value and quality of dinner very poor. Breakfast hot food dried out and staff unable to cope with numbers

Location was great, facilities were very good, overall atmosphere was good a little bit like a maze at first. We had a very noisy visitors in the next room, not a fault of the hotel but spoiled the first night somewhat.

Good setting, Good facilities. Friendly staff. Although there were 3 weddings during our 2 night stay it did not impact adversely in any way. Pool excellent. No expense seems to have been spared on hotel heating and water. We were in a room opposite the rooks who made a noise and the window was old and could not be closed fully.

The menu was good and the staff were very helpful and professional at dinner. Our room was tired, needing a bit of a dust and some other person's clothes were under a threadbare queen anne chair. The bathroom could have done with a lick of paint.

The building itself and drive and grounds up to it were Stunning. The food excellent! all the hallway floors had dirty laundry everywhere on our arrival, nfact the reception was also untidy not a great first impression! i am aware of the need for the changeover but surely wheeled laudry bins would have been a better way of keeping your hotel looking clean and tidy at all times. bedroom was dusty and needed a hoover although the 2nd day was much better and had been hoovered but still not been dusted for a while

If asked to sum Redworth Hall up in one word it would be 'Grand'. I especially liked the room we were allocated. The high ceiling and the old style windows were great features. The bathroom was more modern, a generous size and really lovely. A member of staff whilst having breakfast was rude to a younger member of staff. Dishing out orders with a bad attitude. It wasn't pleasant.

One person on check out in the morning at their busiest time so a Q built up of 12 people wanting to check out, and twice I asked for the poor girl to get help but nobody came. Not impressive for a business hotel. As well as a very poor room , so not a good stay.

The staff were very pleasant and accommodating nothing was too much trouble, we brought our aged German shepherd which was lovely not to leave her at home, the staff were very helpful in accommodating her.. We loved our visit, second time visiting definitely not the last..!! Sorry!!.. But found the food poor this visit..had meal first night,, fillet steak.. Never seen a fillet steak that thin before.. Not good value for what charged..so cancelled booking for following night planning to eat out, unfortunately it snowed so ordered room service, that also very, very poor.. V club sandwich and burger ,,both of us left it, again sorry but hope our comments help... But staff who brought meals lovely... Breakfast very nice though!!

The setting is beautifull The check in was totally inneficient.Twice before our trip we asked for confirmation that we could book in early as we had a wedding to attend, on arrival we were told that we could not book in as we were too early. They did finally find us a room. Two days prior we were contacted to ask if we would like to up-grade to a superior room with a jacuzi, we agreed. The room was ordinary. And the jucazi was only a bath tub with water jets, certainly not our idea of a jacuzi. The did agree to halve the up-rate cost, but it was still annoying to have to pay anything for a bath tub smaller than the one we have at home, and we don't live in a palace!!

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The self service breakfast was very good and lasted us for the rest of the day. The staff were not very knowledgable about the immediate or local area. No Sky Sports in the room !

Recently refurbished room, lovely pool and pleasant staff. The wet black mould on my window and the mouldy stained curtains complete with cigarette burns covering the window. Lack of written information about the facilities - no guest services directory, no clock radio in the room and lack of complimentary items such as coffee, sugar, shampoo etc. Poor signage in hotel - I wasn't the only guest to wander lost along the corridors!
