The location is excellent, very comfortable hotel and friendly staff. The bar area is very small for the size of hotel. |

There is a real gym, not just a stepper in a closet. 15 pound a day for the internet connection is outrageous nowadays. |

The setting and location. The room was a bit tatty and the decor is in need of updating. The room was also very dark and would benefit from some better lighting. |

The leisure facilities were good, although there was no shallow end for small children. Our meal in the restaurant was apalling. The service was terrible and the food was not very good and very expensive. The staff do not seem to know what they are supossed to do. For a restaurant with all main meals costing £17, I expect much better service and food to be as good as the price, which it totally failed. A very unhappy customer. |

Been there before, Nice oldie-worldie but good leisure facilities. Rooms good and comfortable. Nice grounds too and pleasant villages / pubs nearby. Gives the impression of a quality hotel. Room I was given was fine except for noisy ventilators outside the windows. Asked to be moved and no problems or objections, ended up with a better one. |

the food was very good rr room 404 was ready for a refurbishment-one chair was broken another was in need of repair (these were reported)-The bar was totally uninviting-the backfitting could be re-designed and the bar prices were ott (£18-60 for 4 vodka and cokes was a little excessive |

The rooms are comfortable and spacious I had a serious accident in the car park and the staff did not care. Be careful of how slippy and dark this area is. Be prepared to accept that their will be at least one wedding party filling the bar each night. Don't eat in the bar!!! |

I loved the property; walking in the beautiful grounds and the room. Our room location was a bit odd, being below ground level near the executive offices, but the hardest part of the stay was getting there with all our luggage and so many halls to go through. There were no bellmen, carts or people at the front desk available to help us. Also, our breakfast experience was very mediocre, as the food was just average, the service was really awful (we needed to ask for coffee three times before getting it) and we thought it was very overpriced for the quality. |

The hotel was booked for a weekend after getting married before I went to Mexico on Honeymoon, I was billed for a breakfast I never went to and the phone bill was robbery, what a shame as its a lovely hotel with fantastic facilities. I think the telephone service is nothing short of robbery, Made a few local calls and was expected to pay £80 take your mask off redworth hall. |

i liked the swimming pool, sauna and gym area it was clean and well run, the overall ambience was very laid back and the staff were welcoming and well presented. cobwebs from the light fittings ran down to the curtains in the bar area, i was there for 3 days and they were still there when i left, also the windows were filthy you could hardly see out, some of the carpets need replaced as they were thread bare in some areas...some attention to detail needs addressed if they are to maintain there standards. |

The menu of the restaurant was build with good taste and of a nice variety. The stuff was very nice and polite, even when obviosly in stress. The surrounding is amazing, right out of a farytale. No airconditioning on the room. The bath was not particularly clean. No minibar. |

We enjoyed the whole experience of our day at Redworth. The reason of our stay was our daughters wedding reception. The staff the location everything was perfect and we could not have enjoyed it more.My wife and myself were going to write to thank all at the Hotel for being so proffessional throughout the day. A friend of ours got stuck in the lift and was not very happy, but these things happen. |

Nothing it was a poor hotel I have stayed I have stayed in much better for cheaper. I would have been devasted had I paid theie full price. There was very little I liked during my stay I thought that it was extremley over priced and the cost of food and drink was ridiculous, it also wasn't up tp a very high standard. There was also a smell of urine in the communal toilets and a strong smell of foist in the corridors outside the main lift. |

Lovely grounds, swimming pool Rooms very dated and tired, very strong offensive smell near the lift on ground floor. Carpets in public areas thread bare. Bathrooms smelled of urine in both rooms we booked. Dirty changing rooms, dirty public toilets. Little choice for evening menu. Bright pink lipstick found on my cup at breakfast, no excuse for that. Checking out was tedious as there had been a wedding the night before so not enough staff to cope with volume of people. Queue was out of the main door and into the garden area. Not enough parking bays for residents. Won't be staying here again. |
