Beautiful setting, Beautiful room, a quality relaxing retreat we were made to feel like part of the family, Raspberries out of the garden home-made croissants for breakfast - like I said outstanding.
Nothing to not like!!
Firstly, Lorraine was a very cheerful, welcoming person, very helpful and efficient. Her cooked breakfasts were very tasty and plentiful. The room was clean and spacious; we wanted for nothing.
Location Fantastic rooms Superb breakfast Friendly staff Sauna Pool Gardens Cleanliness Homely feel Communal area (great opportunity to talk to other guests)
There is nothing to dislike
I almost dont want to share this place. Lovely setting, mod and stimulating interiors, Fiona the host is a gem, pray she is there when you go, her home baked bread and croissant were wonderful. Little Walsingham is a rare treat as well.
Nothing. Cant wait to go back for a longer stay.
It all started with the warmest of welcomes from Fiona. From then onwards it got better and better, a beautiful room with all the facilities one could wish for. A lovely garden to explore, a bit chilly however for a swim in the inviting pool. Finally the best breakfast we have had at a b&b.
Accomodation very high standard. Owner Fiona very friendly. Breakfast very well cooked with local produce. Relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings.
It was a bit far to walk (in the dark) to any restaurants in the village, but on a summer's evening would be OK.
Reeds Barn is absolutely stunning and the owner and staff could not be more accommodating. Can't wait to return
High standard-welcoming and friendly-Great home cooked breakfast, home grown berries, home made bread, comfortable bed, beautiful peaceful setting-exceeded all our expectations-we will be back! :) x
Excellent welcome and care throughout my stay. Guests who find fault must either be very hard to please or curmudgeons! B&B doesn't get better than this.
Everything from the initial greeting from Fiona and Lorraine to the surroundings, rooms and breakfast.nothing was too much trouble for these amazing ladies who make you feel more than welcome and give good recommendations for nearby places to eat and drink. Breakfast was a feast with everything you wanted and if there was anything extra you asked for they would get it in for you. We can't wait yo return and wish Reeds Barn the success it deserved.
One night just wasn't long enough. By far the nicest B&B we have ever stayed in. Our Labrador was made very welcome too. She even got a sausage at breakfast. The room (with the surprise story about the furniture) garden and pool area were beautiful. Lorraine was the perfect host. We loved the homemade granola, in fact breakfast was just delicious.
Absolutely nothing. It was faultless and we'll definitely be back, but for longer this time.
Rural Setting Homely Feel Attentive Service
Cobwebs in the room. Only one chair in double room.
Amazing room and view Best nights sleep Breakfast was fantastic with a variety of options Fiona was really helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, thank you so much
Fiona is very involved with everything from start to finish!! The decor and quality are everywhere.
Pool not warm enough to entice you in on my visit
Fiona was very friendly and made us feel very welcome upon arrival. Amazing place, fantastic facility's, my daughter loved the pool and trampoline. Will defo be going back and have already been recommending to friends
The 'quality' of fittings, decorations & furnishings was excellent! But above all Fiona and her team were so genuine in their welcome - with nothing being too much trouble, and that's what makes the place stand out!
Nothing to put here, so that says it all!
Myself and my new husband stayed at Reeds Barn for 3 nights for our honeymoon and we couldn't have chose better Reeds Barn is by far the best place we have ever stayed it is amazing. We arrived to Reeds Barn and was shown around it was fantastic we were then shown to our room witch was a brilliant size with stunning views over the pool and garden area. Loraine who works alongside the owner Fiona had spelt out Mr & Mrs Dunne in rose petals on our bed witch was lovely gave it a real personal touch. We have already booked a 2 night stay for our first wedding aniversery next year and defiantly recommend anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay that they go to Reeds Barn we have never felt so relaxed. We would like to thank Fiona and Loraine for making our honeymoon so special xx
Location was well situated. Local amenities close in the next village. Staff are very pleasant and made every effort to suit your needs.
Super venue in idylic setting with charming amusing host 10/10
We stayed for just one night and it was a real treat. Fiona has created luxurious rooms and a beautiful house and garden. She made us feel so welcome and worked hard to ensure we had a delightful stay. Delicious food to top it all. Thank you Fiona, we hope to be back before too long.
Loved the buildings, location and the welcome we received. A new room is being added, but the builders were very considerate and quiet, and we look forward to seeing the results of their labours! A real treat, and surprise, was the sauna; and the garden was wonderful. Fiona provided us with a simple but delicious supper, so we didn't need to go out and forage after a long day't travelling.
The greeting was exceptionally friendly, with a tour of the property which was so clean and luxurious. I was offered a glass of wine whilst I completed my days paperwork in the garden and I sat there and just took in the peace and quiet and tranquillity of the garden and pool area. One of the best nights sleeps in ages and the breakfast the next day was superb. I would stay here again and am trying to arrange my work to fit in with more stays here. Well done Fiona.
having to leave
Fiona was an attentive and thoughtful host. The accommodation is the best B&B I've ever stayed in. The breakfast was a welcome change from the normal B&B with home made granola, freshly baked bread and croissants. The pool and sauna add a touch of luxury as did the homemade cake and tea served on the terrace in the afternoon.
We had a lovely few days even though the weather wasn't very good. We were told what there was to do around the area and what restaurants were good. The room was lovely as was the rest. Was a good range of things you could have for breakfast as well as home made bread and granola. Would definitely go back :)
Great rooms Extremely comfortable Lovely setting Accommodating staff Great swimming pool Quiet
Location slightly isolated - car needed
