Fiona made us very welcome from the moment we arrived. We used the lovely outdoor pool on the first day & had a very relaxing sleep in the high quality bedroom. Fiona made us a great breakfast the next morning and was extremely helpful in advising us as to which pubs & restaurants to visit locally We would highly recommend Reeds Barn to everyone as a great place to stay with a very lovely host nothing

Lovely quiet spot close to the interesting village of Little Walsingham. A warm friendly atmosphere. Well designed and interesting interior and very large comfy room. Everything was exquisite. Great log fires in lounge and dining room. Food was perfect with lots of variety to suit all tastes. As I was on foot for a walking holiday there were lots of offers to take me to bus stops and or local larger town which was not really needed as the bus services are so frequent and reliable in the area. On the last day though I took the kind offer of a lift to Wells next the Sea. Perfect stay highly recommend for walkers or pilgrims or anyone just needing a rest from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Great place to stay if exploring north Norfolk coast well away from the crowds...sorry forgot to mention the original art throughout the house and the outdoor pool and sauna.Really great place to stay and as good as any 4 star hotel I have sayed in. Hope to come again walking with my family in the future. To be honest there is not anything that that I didn't like about this B&B

The house was like walking into a show home: clean, modern, stylish, big! Our room was the same: beautifully decorated and with wonderful views over the lovely garden, pool and surrounding countryside. There was all mod cons in terms of tv and music entertainment in the room and lounge and toiletries. The breakfasts were personal and beautifully cooked. The hostess was lovely and really went the extra mile to make it a personal experience. A lot of love has been put into this b&b.

We had a lovely stay at Reeds Barn. The barn is smart, comfortable and welcoming and only 5 miles or so from Wells and the coast, and easy access to NT at Felbrigg and Blickling. Fiona was a lovely host and the breakfast was excellent! Our dog Angus was also welcomed - even though he didn't like the stairs and we had to carry him! We would definitely recommend it and I am sure we will be back. Sarah, Ruth & Angus

Beautiful accomodation, excellent host and comfortable room. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be going back. Breakfast was freshly cooked, plentiful and lovely. Bath tub was amazing and the hair and bath products were of excellent quality - very relaxing. It would be lovely in the summer with the outdoor pool and gardens.

The house itself is beautiful... stylish, calm, modern and comfortable, set in a lovely plot... Fiona couldn't have been more welcoming and the room we stayed in would rival a chic boutique hotel, but with a far more comfortable bed... Breakfast was brilliant too, with lots to choose from. We would love to go back and spend longer than a single night here.

Reeds Barn is an upmarket bed-and-breakfast in a modern house constructed around an old stone barn. The room is of a very high standard with lovely views across the garden. Fiona is an excellent host! The breakfast is spectacular. We used this as a base for a couple of days hiking on the coast, but whatever the reason for your visit I don't think you'll regret this choice.
