Location is convenient to tube station. For private room accomodation in London, the price is not bad. Hotel and rooms are not in great shape. Not really clean, stains on walls, space is at a premium. Construction ongoing in the hotel left garbage in the halls. |

The breakfast was excellent and once we moved rooms the 2nd choice of rooms was very comfortable for the price. The first room we were given was noisy and cramped but hotel staff were happy to assist us in changing rooms |

That the hotel staff was friendly and helpful Yes, they claimed to offer shuttle service to the airport. It's not through the hotel. It's a taxi that costs around 50 pounds. That was Outrageous. It was so expensive that we opted for the tube. Which luckily was very close by. But it was very packed and and could have been confusing if you weren't use to a public transportation system like that. Also, you had to leave very early because it takes about an hour to get to Heathrow from the hotel via the tube. |

Good location for access to the varied attractions and interests in and around London. The continental breakfast offered, was poor value for money and very limited for choice. |

The staff was friendly and the location was perfect, since it was close to the underground station and Hyde Park. Easy to reach from Londen Gatwick. One of us forgot her watch and the staff sent it to her home address. Great! We reserved 2 triple rooms and expected to get rooms with 3 single beds, as shown on the pictures. This was not the case, since we got 1 very small double bed and 1 single, which is not great for a group op friends (we could change 1 room luckily). |

I mainly enjoyed the hotel's good location and the friendliness of the staff. Other than that, the room was tiny and not comfortable |

Staff were all friendly, beds comfortable. Our bathroom smelt like someone had smoked in it previously and there was sewerage smell in the mornings coming from the toilet. |

Great hotel. Excellent staff. Very competitive price. Superb location-less than five minutes walk to Bayswater Underground Station. Very nice breakfast(worth the extra few pounds). Rooms are very small. |

The location is really good. I liked the fact that the room overlooked a little private square, which was pretty. Only 5 minutes walk to Bayswater tube station. Hotel was clean, although 'worn' (like some of the wall paper was coming off and the carpet was quite old and worn). However, the bathroom had new tiles and the beds were very comfortable. The room was really quite tiny. |

The people at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet and had tea/coffee making facilities. It was clean. The hotel was not worth the money I paid, £70 for a double room. It was shabby and looked like it had not been refurbished in at least 30 years. The accommodation was very basic - not the kind of place you would want to spend time in - and should have been priced at £30 max for a night. The room smelt and the shower did not have hot water. There were sheets and blankets on the bed, not a duvet. |

Room was clean but very small - ok for only 2 nights. Nicely situated in Bayswater near three underground lines in a quiet street. The room was located in the basement and when people walked in the upstairs area the noise was deafening. |

Very close to the Bayswater Tube, cheap hotel but clean We had a double room but the bed was for 1 and half... too small the bed, too smal the room, no chance to walk in it! |
