Location in Bayswater and within a 10 min walk of Portobello Rd and Queensway is superb. Lots of restaurants and a better choice than almost anywhere else. The poorest hotel I have ever stayed in in terms of value for money. Asked for triple room but they gave be a large single and a small single. Ended up with one of us sleeping on the floor for 'comfort'. Having paid through the nose for the hotel because of our short term notice booking, this really hurt.

This is certainly not a three stars hotel. The single rooms are a little bigger than the single bed, it is even difficult to go in the bathroom, because you can hardly open the door. I felt like in a prison (luckily there was at least there was a window (and I had to leave it open, because of the bad smell coming from the bathroom). The room was also dirty (I have pictures of it). Frankly I find unbelievable that Bookings sells this stuff. I never had a similar experience with any other website and I will never use bookings.com again.

It had a good location. We spent three nights there, and every night there were issues with the water. At first, there wasn't any hot water. The staff told us after we complained that it was going to be fixed the next day. The next day, the water was extremely hot, too hot to take a shower. We again complained, and the staff told us it would be fixed the next morning. When we woke, it still wasn't fixed and the new staff person had no idea there had been a problem. Thus, we didn't get a proper bathroom (no shower for three days) and we would have been better off in a hostel. The sink faucet was also difficult to use. Lastly, the breakfast is terrible. They served yogurt that clearly had quality issues and the coffee was horrible. We are not picky eaters, especially in the morning, but the food was not fit for human consumption. On top of that, the kitchen staff was very rude and scolded us for not sitting at the right table.

The location/price. Close to subway, lot of english pubs nearby. Rooms in the basement are very badly sound isolated. In the morning, when the guests go for breakfast, it is impossible to sleep anymore. It was my second time in this hotel, the rooms in upper floors are OK, but rooms 1 and 2 in the basement are for one night stay only and even this is on the lower limit of comfort.

We booked the hotel for the last two nights of the year so we were expecting to pay a lot more than usual. It was definitely one the cheapest around in comparison to others of a similar standard and location on New Year's Eve. The room was very small, which we expected, but extremely clean and with all the facilities you would expect. The breakfast was quite good and the general condition of the hotel was fine. We had a (very small) room overlooking the attractive Princes Square, a short walk away from Queensway and Bayswater tube stations and Kensington Gardens The nearby Prince Edward is a great English pub that has atmosphere and good food. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who does not want to spend a fortune on a London hotel but who still wants to atmosphere of staying in a clean hotel in a regency square in a nice location.

Nothing. Location not ideal for main London attractions. Poor customer service. Room barely "livable" - bed hard as a rock, tiny broken TV, broken tea/coffee pot, only hot water (no inbetween). Did not have room cleaned in entire stay (Stayed 3 nights). Would never stay here again.

Location, there were no obvious infestations of bugs...and nothing more. Shame on you for using them. Everything. Basement room, immediately outside the cafeteria...with the hall light shining into the tiny room, noisey staff, the bathroom was appropriate for anorexics only, and all for a ridiculously price

The comfort was poor because of the plumbing system. The room was too hot at night and hot water flowed from the cold water tap and at times it was impossible to shower. From a health and safety aspect the situation is dangerous, as one could easily get scalded! Even the water that flushed the toilet was hot! Having complained to the receptionist we were told that an engineer would resolve the problem, but he/she never materialised! This seems to be an ongoing problem that has been around for some time.

Location was good and quiet, however the closest metro lines are usually closed for weekends. Overall it was acceptable for the money we paid. Rooms are not high-end, especially the bathroom. Door of the bathroom couldn't be closed easily and once it closed you almost had to break it to open. Staff was bored at the reception.

Room was very small but we knew that in advance. Unfortunately we realized that spaces too move in were so narrow that left any idea of comfortability. Further more the bed, with a size a little bit bigger than a single, was set in front of the wardrobe and we couldn't even open the door. We claimed it to the reception but nobody took care of it, leaving us with no comments or reply. We believe tha € 120/night still a sensitive amount for a Three stars hotel, even in London, and Reem Hotel was not a good choice and wouldn't suggest at all!

Our Double bedroom was just tiny, no room to swing a cat! Our bed was just packed in beside the wall and there was no bedside light and just a passage space around one side of the bed. It was on the ground floor so we could not leave the large sash window open all night as it only opened at the bottom half. I would have to say my husband's first weekend stay in London was disappointing. The Hotel food and staff were fine and the hotel is located in a superb location as we were able to avail of the open top bus tours and walk in Kensington Park and the underground was close by. The breakfast was fine
