La relación calidad precio y buena situación y comunicacion con metro. Está bastante aseado. No tenían nuestra reserva en el sitema y no tenian habitaciones. 2 noches tuvimos que dormir el otro hotel, en una habitacion en el sótano con el pasillo con colchones, bolsas de basura..etc..Después de 2 noches volvimos al Reem Hotel que estaba mejor, pero no nos descontaron nada de la reserva. |

Esta muy bien ubicado, la habitación era muy buena y tenían disponible suficiente información sobre Londres No hay ascensor, nos tocó un primer piso que parecía tercero por la cantidad de escaleras que tuvimos que subir con el equipaje. Deberían aclararlo en la descripción. |

El barrio, Notting Hill es único. Buen acceso. No funcionó Internet durante los 3 días por un problema en el acceso, y no tuvo arreglo. |

Estaba cerca del barrio de Nothing Hill y la zona del mercado de Portobello Road. Relativamente cerca del metro (5 minutos andando) y tambien cercano a la parada del bus nocturno que viene desde el centro de Londres (desde la zona de Oxford street y Picadilli circus). Esta 24h abierto. Es muy antiguo, olía a moqueta, hasta tal pu nto que tubimos que dormir con la ventana abierta todas las noches! Menos mal que era junio y no hacía mucho frio... El desayuno no está incluido (5 pounds mínimo) y me pareció excesivamente caro por lo que ofrecian. |

Lo bien situado que esta, la zona donde esta me gusta bastante, muy cerca del metro. Ademas tiene internet en la recepcion. Si el pagar nada mas entrar sin ver la habitacion ni nada |

La relación calidad precio. Está muy lejos del centro de Londres. Durante el día no hay problema porque hay una parada de metro muy cercana pero por la noche, aunque hay autobuses, se tarda mucho en llegar. |

Está bastante bien situado, la calle está llena de comida rápida, un supermercado, tiendas de souvenirs .... Las habitaciones si que son algo pequeñas, pero está limpio y tenía calefación. Además nos atendieron bastante bien. No tuve ningún problema. las habitaciones algo pequeñas y que me costo encontrarlo en esa enorme plaza pero nada más. |

Location is convenient to tube station. For private room accomodation in London, the price is not bad. Hotel and rooms are not in great shape. Not really clean, stains on walls, space is at a premium. Construction ongoing in the hotel left garbage in the halls. |

The breakfast was excellent and once we moved rooms the 2nd choice of rooms was very comfortable for the price. The first room we were given was noisy and cramped but hotel staff were happy to assist us in changing rooms |

That the hotel staff was friendly and helpful Yes, they claimed to offer shuttle service to the airport. It's not through the hotel. It's a taxi that costs around 50 pounds. That was Outrageous. It was so expensive that we opted for the tube. Which luckily was very close by. But it was very packed and and could have been confusing if you weren't use to a public transportation system like that. Also, you had to leave very early because it takes about an hour to get to Heathrow from the hotel via the tube. |

The staff was friendly and the location was perfect, since it was close to the underground station and Hyde Park. Easy to reach from Londen Gatwick. One of us forgot her watch and the staff sent it to her home address. Great! We reserved 2 triple rooms and expected to get rooms with 3 single beds, as shown on the pictures. This was not the case, since we got 1 very small double bed and 1 single, which is not great for a group op friends (we could change 1 room luckily). |

Staff were all friendly, beds comfortable. Our bathroom smelt like someone had smoked in it previously and there was sewerage smell in the mornings coming from the toilet. |

The hotel staff quickly sorted our taxi Booking to Buckingham Palace.They were courteous and friendly and very helpful. Breakfast well cooked and presented. Rooms rather small but fine for our overnight stay. |

Great hotel. Excellent staff. Very competitive price. Superb location-less than five minutes walk to Bayswater Underground Station. Very nice breakfast(worth the extra few pounds). Rooms are very small. |
