Score from 1729 reviews Very good
Friendly staff, free luggage room, quiet area,
Difficult to find from underground (even taxi driver struggled), not great choice of breakfast (poor selection of cereals, cold tea and toast), rooms were comfortable but outdated and shabby
Good location, friendly staff and quiet for good night sleep.
Breakfast and bathroom
The location and the staff were excellent. The breakfast was more than adequate
The triple room was rather small and needed to be better cleaned (the curtains needed washing)
Staff were very friendly.
Beds and mouldy tiles and bathroom.
Staff, breakfast and price were all good
room was a bit tight. bed was against the wall and could have used some padding at the side.
The location is very good and the staffis very kindness.
I didn't like breakfast, it was very poor and the same food every day. Also, the room was a small one.
Very friendly and serviceminded staff in the reception. Nice location / area. Nice main entrance.
Rooms very small. Rooms worn and dingy. Parking a challenge. Breakfast mediocre and breakfast room very noisy and too small for the amount of guests. During our stay very overpriced.
AWarm and friendly welcome on arrival. A small but adequate room and good choice for breakfast.
We did think it was a bit far out for theatre land as taxi a bit pricey but on the plus side there is a good bus service from the end of the road to Piccadilly circus.
Price was great for mayfair. Staff were very helpful would have tipped but got lost trying to find the cash machine. Room was good and comfortable.
Beds comfortable and clean. Breakfast adequate.Reception staf very helpful. Kitchen and Ding room Staff very good.
staff didnt leave sufficient towels had to ask most days for more. also had to ask for Tea, milk and sugar never left sufficient for three. Myself would only give one to two stars.
Very helpful staff, great location.
Our room was too hot at night after a hot summer's day.
I struggled to find the hotel and the receptionist kindly came and fetched me from the next street and escorted me to the hotel. The room was lovely and comfortable and quiet, great for a good nights sleep and the breakfast was great.
Nothing - no complaints.
Good location, shops and restaurants were minutes away, stations were also a walking distance.
no AC in a very cramped room, graced with the view of old mattresses directly out side our room.Breakfast was not included as we had to pay for fried egg sausages, bacon etc.
Location was quiet and excellent for travelling in and around the city. Staff we're friendly and helpful.
Breakfast room too small for amount of guests. Very cramped and some guests had to wait for others to finish before they could be seated.
Central location and price
A little on the small side
An small but adequate room, with a little wardrobe, tea/coffee-making, and box of tissues - nice touch! No air-con, but big fan provided. Great shower, plenty of hot water. Welcoming, helpful staff and attractive entrance, nice flowers outside - the only one in the row that had gone to that trouble!
Window didn't open and basin plug didn't work, but otherwise hard to fault for the price and location.
Good location & value

Rooms were very small, and had to step over cases to get to the toilet
