Excellent value for money. Good staff. Comfortable bed.
Couldn't get into breakfast - too many people! Shower controls a bit limited.
Good location and breakfast
Rooms on the small size
Our arrival and stay were greatly enhanced by wonderful service from Jacob (concierge). Location is terrific - easy walk to Notre Dame and so much more. Plan to recommend this place to anyone going to Paris
The bed was comfortable. The Staff pleasant and helpful.
We were put in Room 1 which is little more than a store room. In the bathroom door could not be shut if you stood at washbasin. Bars on window. No information regarding fire escape, we were informed by reception that the padlock on door to outside was not clicked shut. Not a full english breakfast. Very disappointed in room.
In general the hotel appeared to be fine, however the room we were given was far from ideal.
During the night we were repeatedly kept awake by sounds such as staff packing laundry bags outside our door, someone loading a van with rubbish etc. Including swearing. This ruined what was a necessary nights sleep for us making the next day more difficult. This room should not be sold to guests.
Stayed Mon-Fri had a great room No.12. which was a family room even though we were a couple. Staff were very friendly and couldnt do enough the breakfast was excellent.
We liked everything, and would certainly stay again.
In such a beautiful area, all staff were very kind and helpful. It was also very easy to grab a taxi when needed.
We were on the ground floor right near the entrance. You could hear everything, even people walking past on the street. We also didn't get a very good view out of our window with it being blocked by lots of scaffolding. Another thing that was really disappointing was our bed that wasn't actually a double bed, it was two singles pushed together so if you wanted to lie in the middle and your partner was lying to the left of you, you would have the edges of the beds in your back. Also if you're planning on leaving your suitcase in their storage room it isn't very safe. Anyone who is staying at the hotel that wants to leave their suitcase on the last day full of their belongings can access this room. I was scared about leaving my bags there.
Very confortable room, it has a escalator, very helpfull and kind staff, delicious buffet breakfast with lots of choice, the room was very clean and the location was excelent, close to the subway and various bus stops. I would definitly come back here.
Sometimes the bathroom water in the shower was hard to regulate and would become too hot.
Despite the minimun size of the rooms, the attention of the staff compensates everything. They're always ready to help, especially Evan. The location is perfect, the rooms are all very clear and clean.
The rooms are very very small. If one have too much baggage it will be unconfortable.
The staff at breakfast and reception very helpful. The location Being able to leave our bags in storage after check out for no cost and easy access
The shower drain not draining and not fixed properly when l notified the front desk
The rooms were no bigger than a shoe box we we're shown 3 rooms and they were all the same. The first floor stunk of paint and instantly got on my chest. We didn't stay here and are in the process of getting a refund
Staff was extremely helpful. Neighborhood is quiet. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was very nice.
Room was a bit small. Window was not easy to open. Tv was placed in a strange angle.
Brilliant location, two underground lines close by, plenty of local shops and restaurants. Good buffet breakfast, slightly cramped breakfast room, but adequate.
VERY small room, nowhere to put anything, any spare space taken up by tea tray, box of tissues, kettle and hairdryer (all important of course). Small double bed right up against the wall, and the radiator did not work.
The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. Check-in was very fast and easy. The hotel is located a 5 minute walk from the tube station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was okay.
The room was very small and cramped, and the door didn't lock from the inside.
The hotel is located in a very quiet and beautiful neighbourhood, near two underground stations. The staff was friendly and helpful. Greatly convenient the luggage room. The room was a bit small but it was good enough for two people with not much luggage. The breakfast was satisfying. Large TV screen with a lot of channels.
Staff were very friendly. Basic hotel facilities but very clean and excellent value for money
very clean. good breakfast
given wrong room to start
Size of the room.i 've had 2 luggages. I had to store them in bathroom
* Wonderful helpful Staff. *Good location. * Good breakfast.
A smelly drain in Bathroom.
Location (easy access to tube after short walk). Great access to many restaurants. Clean, very nice room
Rooms were small, but this wasn't an issue. Bathrooms were big enough, though small shower. Again, not an issue. There were a lot of hotels in the area, and thus a lot of people wandering about.
An excellent impression as soon as we entered the door. Clean and bright and we were immediately attended to by the friendly desk clerk. I would especially commend the friendly, hard-working staff, in particular the two Polish sisters in the breakfast room.
The room was inevitably smaller than one would like but was adequate for its purpose. The kitchen had difficulty in keeping up with supplying the cooked breakfast, but it was worth waiting for. Street names made it difficult to locate - not their fault! So no serious complaints.
Location The staff was very nice and helpful.
The wifi didn't work well, just in a tiny corner of the room. The bathroom was really old, you had to choose between boiling water or freezing water for the shower. There wasn't heating in the room. The bed was leaning towards the side and I couldn't sleep properly.
I had a very small room in the basement with an old-ish bathroom. But it was impeccably clean, even had a flatscreen TV and coffeemaker. The bed was very good. The staff was very friendly and assisted me with printing flight tickets and finding my way to London Luton. Good breakfast. Good value for the price overall.
Breakfast, friendly staff: Weekday front desk staff: Evan and Adam are very friendly and helpful.
One front desk person who only come on weekends: He is very lazy and discourteous. Weekday front desk staff: Evan and Adam are very friendly and helpful.
