The rooms were very small.

The hotel staff quickly sorted our taxi Booking to Buckingham Palace.They were courteous and friendly and very helpful. Breakfast well cooked and presented.

Rooms rather small but fine for our overnight stay.

Great hotel. Excellent staff. Very competitive price. Superb location-less than five minutes walk to Bayswater Underground Station. Very nice breakfast(worth the extra few pounds).

Rooms are very small.

The location is really good. I liked the fact that the room overlooked a little private square, which was pretty. Only 5 minutes walk to Bayswater tube station. Hotel was clean, although 'worn' (like some of the wall paper was coming off and the carpet was quite old and worn). However, the bathroom had new tiles and the beds were very comfortable.

The people at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet and had tea/coffee making facilities. It was clean.

The hotel was not worth the money I paid, £70 for a double room. It was shabby and looked like it had not been refurbished in at least 30 years. The accommodation was very basic - not the kind of place you would want to spend time in - and should have been priced at £30 max for a night. The room smelt and the shower did not have hot water. There were sheets and blankets on the bed, not a duvet.

Good value for money, pleasant area. the facilities were in good condition.

everything was clean, good location.

tea in the rooms wasnt very nice, lots of noise early in the morning (i think its due to the walls being thin?), funny smell in the bathroom.

Staff is extremely polite and helpful.Location is very good if you prefer Hyde park and getting to Gatwick airport is easy from there.

Ho soggiornato in diversi hotel di Londra, città dove mi reco spesso, e devo dire che questo finora è il miglior albergo in termini di pulizia. La camera un po' piccola ma confortevole, il bagno nuovo (finalmente un lavandino di dimensioni normali e non minuscolo come al solito!), lo staff molto gentile. La posizione è ideale per chi vuole visitare Londra. A pochi passi dalla metropolitana e da Hyde Park, in una zona ricca di negozi e ristoranti. Consiglio vivamente questo albergo. Per quanto mi riguarda, ci tornerò senz'altro!

il personale gentile e disponibile, la vicinanza dell'hotel da metro e bus e quindi il centro è facilmente raggiungibile. ci siamo trovati bene

la pulizia è carente. il bagno non è stato pulito, il letto è stato raddrizzato e non rifatto mentre gli asciugamani sono stati cambiati ogni giorno.a londra penso sia cosi un po dappertutto. comunque lo abbiamo trovato pulito quando siamo arrivati. ci ritornerei.

El barrio, Notting Hill es único. Buen acceso.

No funcionó Internet durante los 3 días por un problema en el acceso, y no tuvo arreglo.
