clean good location
basement no window very very small!! really noisy in the morning. There are far better hotels for less you would be better off with a travel lodge.
Almost Everything is very good!
Pillows are a bit flat and hard in the morning. breakfast starts only at 7:30.
In general it is OK
More options for breakfast are needed
Clean room, nice break fast, fast internet.
Bed was pretty small.
The location was perfect for my business trip, it was also in a quiet street. The staff were welcoming and the hotel looks recently refurbished to a good standard. Breakfast was pleasant but only vegetarian, which I can live with but would have appreciated a rasher or two of bacon. Lots of nearby varied restaurants for an evening meal (hotel offers B&B).
There was no plug in the bath in my room. As the room looked recently refurbished I can only suppose that a previous guest made off with the plug. I did ask for one but none could be found.
Great location - nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. Walking distance from hotel to tube stations and other public transports. Easily accessible to sundries/ supermarts/ pharmacy/ restaurants with great food and some nice boutiques for kids/ adults and etc. Friendly and helpful staff.
Nothing much. If anything it would be the breakfast provided by the hotel. We stayed there for 8 nights and my kids started asking for ham or sausages instead of the usual eggs with baked beans, mushrooms, tomatoes and toast. Cereal, milk, fresh orange juice, coffee/tea and sometimes yogurt are also served. WiFi was "switched off" too early as we could not access it on our last night. A bit pricey by Asian standard for a 3-star hotel.
The rude ness of the night staff and the limits breakfast for the money paid. Extremely over priced.
I have stayed here several times, and always appreciate the welcome I get from Rakesh. I appreciate value for money, especially when I travel.
Location was fabulous and staff were all very helpful & friendly. Breakfast - no cooked items apart from eggs, but nicely cooked and presented. Plenty of toast and cereals so totally adequate
good room although it was too hot and the air conditioning/hearting appeared to be controlled centrally - not in the room.
WiFi was a problem and there was only a limited amount available for Breakfast.
Location and staff
No free wi fi. No bacon for breakfast
location and wifi were excellent; like to do some sport, regent park is nearby
had a friend come over to have a drink on my room for short time, he was almost threated like criminal, had to show ID! room was really very very small, smaller than this is not possible
The hotel is in a good location and has clearly been recently renovated. Good fixtures and fittings, clean rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast was just right
The rooms are quite small but OK for one or two nights.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful - they even let me borrow an umbrella when it rained!
Breakfast had no bacon or sausage with the cooked breakfast - but what was available was very good!
Small but well appointed room comfy bed and quiet
Comfy bed and nice linen spotless bathroom quiet room
bigger bath towel
The room was newly decorated and refurbished, very clean and comfortable bed. Excellent location. There are plenty of very nice places to eat.
Being kept waiting outside the hotel for 15 minutes in the cold and rain at 9.15pm as the door front door was locked and nobody answering the door bell or on reception. when a member of staff let us in he offered no apology or acknowledgment. based on this we will not be staying here again which is a shame.
cleanliness location value for money
Excellent location in a quite "fancy" area. Very quiet, no traffic noice. A couple of hundred meters from Madame Tussauds. Hide Park and Oxford Street within walking distance (10-15 mins) through nice streets with many smaller shops. Buses and underground nearby. Newly renovated(?) room with large comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Ok breakfast - if you like toast, jam and eggs. 24hrs reception and luggage store, nice staff.
Nothing really, or to be very critical - a place to sit down and take coffee or beer, but that can of course be done elsewhere ...
Room small but clean and a comfortable bed.
Very noisy guests in rooms next door due to interconnecting door to other bedroom. It sounded like they were in my room. I contacted reception at 1 am to ask if he could ask them to keep the noise down but was told there was nothing he could do!!!! Not helpful at all. Breakfast was poor as expected the option of bacon and sausage but only had eggs baked beans mushrooms and tomatoes, ok if you are vegetarian. Not value for money
No light above the writing table. No light above the sink in the bathroom.
Excellent location, wi-fi worked very well. Clean room and good modern bathroom.
Our family consists of my partner and I and our 4 kids (16 year old, 3.5 year old and twin 17 month olds) and the room we stayed in was spacious, convenient as we didn't have to go up or down lifts as we stayed on the ground floor which was a great considering we had 4 large suitcases also. The room felt very new and relaxing, it felt like we were in a 5 star hotel. Location - absolutely perfect again. To the left was a 2-3 min walk to Baker Street underground which is three stops away from Piccadilly Circus, couldn't get better than that! To the right were streets filled with shops including supermarkets, pharmacy, eateries, everything you would need. The service was great and with a 24 hour desk service, we could go and come as we pleased. Highly recommend!
I chose this hotel as I was travelling solo and wanted an area where I could feel safe walking from the underground during the day and importantly at night when returning from the theatre. The location was perfect for this requirement. It is only a five minute walk from Baker Street underground and a short walk to excellent eateries in the opposite direction. The street is quiet and I had a good nights sleep every night for the six nights I stayed. The room was described as a small double which had a double bed up against the wall. I would not have liked to share it as I found it a tight sqeeze with only me using the room. The room was very clean and had two small windows which provided good light and could be opened for ventilation. The breakfast was very limited in selection. The same every day which was boring when staying six nights, but the staff were friendly and the service was good. The room had a small fridge which I found an asset for snacks etc. I found the free wifi excellent at all times of the day and night. The room also had a safe, again I found this useful. Overall the location and hotel was good and suited my needs and I would consider staying again.
The hair dyer was secured in a draw and was difficult to use. Only a satchet combined hair shampoo and conditioner provided. The hotel reception and room had no pamphlets on tours or places to see. I even had to ask for a map of London. Some pamphlets were provided, when I asked, but they were not for my interests.
Sound preventing doesn't fair enough .
