Nice and very clean room with good facilities. Good location. Very good staff.
Room a bit small for 3 people Breakfast cooked and not a buffet
Location and neighborhood. Helpful staff. Rooms clean and comfortable. This is not a "luxury" hotel, but unbeatable for the value. Regency Parkside is my home base for all my London travels now.
Friendly, clean, comfortable. Great location. Good breakfast.
I couldn't log on to the wifi with the codes provided but I'm sure the staff would have sorted this out. There was 4G reception so it wasn't important.
This hotel is in a fantastic location near Marylebone high street and a 5 min walk to Baker Street station. The rooms were small but good value for London. Very clean and modern with nice bathroom and comfortable beds. We stayed one night and would happily stay again.
We were in a basement room and could hear trains or the underground for a while before we went to sleep.
Everything but the food
Breakfast was barely eat ingle
The hotel was new and clean and only a 15 minute walk to Oxford Street. The reception staff were pleasant.
The breakfast was a bit basic but mainly adequate. At the weekend there wasn't any yoghurt but it did show on the menu. The waiting staff were efficient but not overly friendly.
Location and value for money are the best attractions for this hotel. Not a fancy pretentious place, but clean and comfortable. Rahesh at the desk remembers me and my preferences and welcomes me back each time.
I had a single room but it had a good sized double bed and enough room to move around.
Accepting the fact that london rooms are smaller. This is a great place, good price, very clean with excellent location. Would definitely stay again.
Bed could be better. No amenities and would not be suitable with young kids.
The Hotel was brilliant, realy nice rooms and realy clean, comfortable beds . Friendly and Helpfull staff . Good situated hotel only ten minute walk to tube. Oxford street only 15 mins walk away, and staff were always helpfull with directions . A great stay had by all of us, will definitely be staying again soon ....
3rd stay at the Regency. Hotel is very clean, staff is on duty 24h and is kind and helpful. Free wifi. Air-conditioning.Very comfortable beds. Quiet hotel and rooms. 5 min walk to Baker Street station. Plenty of restaurants and shops within 5 minute walk. 2 minute walk to Mme Tussauds Museum. It's a keeper for us.
comfy beds very clean and spacious bathroom brand new good location 10 mins from oxford street
No full english breakfast no sausage or bacon
Great location. Person at reception very helpful.
Everything was miniaturized. Room too crammed. Beds too small. Minomal bathroom. The shower was good. The washbasin ridiculously tiny. Chambermaids were good and attentive in replenishing the coffee tea etc. Altho breakfast was good, the room was too small to accommodate the amount of guests.
Good size room with comfortable and good size beds. Close Baker Street tube. Good bath room.
We liked the large room, cleanliness (see dislikes), secure safe in the room, air conditioning (see dislikes), wi-fi availability (see dislikes), nicely cooked breakfast (if you only wanted veggie option!).
We had no control of the air-con, you had to ask the front desk to change the temp for you(!); limited wi-fi - only one account per room, so tough if you and your partner wanted to surf the web individually; nasty ciggie smell in the toilet that wasn't aired out; no meat at breakfast, so no bacon buttie!
The Regency was clean, modern, comfortable, we would happily book here again.
Location is perfect, central, good and quick to get around, also to trains or airports. Very nice neighbourhood, nice shops and restaurants. Quiet for sleeping. My single room was small, but had everything you need, was very clean, seemed relatively recently renovated. Breakfast was alright as well.
WiFi was sometimes a bit unreliable, but usually came back quickly. I would not book this if I was on holiday and didn't have my employer pay for it, simply because I still find it too expensive for that purpose, but in this area of town I guess it is good value for money.
Great location! Very easy to find and close to great shopping, dining, and nightlife!
Bed was comfortable and location excellent
Very small rooms. Quite warm with the window closed, but loud with it open. There was a fan (excellent!) but on a timer so went off every 2 hours. 1st world problems!!
The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Kind service and good breakfast.
Extremely clean with daily change of towels. Good beds quality. Breakfast included. Very quiet location with easy access everywhere by tube or bus. Lift. Plenty of restaurants around with different choice of cuisine.
No place for luggage in the room
clean, modern bath comfortable bed small fridge in the room
limited menu for breakfast basement room
The location was nice. Within 5 minutes to the underground and hop on hop off bus stop. Close to restaurants but with a pleasant local feel.
Rooms are super small. Our bathroom was tiny, the sink was the size of half a large pizza. Water splashed out if you tried to wash your face. No one taller than 5'10'' and weighing more than 170 lbs could fit or move inside the shower. Pillows were hard and uncomfortable, and there weren't any soft ones available in the entire hotel! While pleasant enough at the desk no one seemed too concerned about making guests comfortable. Rooms were tidied up each day, but sheets and towels weren't changed. They even skimped on the cheap shampoo and soaps that came in tiny sample-sized packets. Breakfast was limited and repetitious: two eggs, mushrooms, beans, fruit salad, jam, some cereals and coffee or tea. Served by unsmiling semi-rude waitress. It wouldn't be bad if you stayed for just a day or two.
Very close to Baker Street Station. Lots of good restaurants close by. Room worked for family of 5. Staff friendly and helpful. Very quiet and room had aircon. Breakfast was ample and service was very quick.
