Shops are a bit of a distance from the hotel, but this is okay if you're after a getaway from the city life. Can be a bit overpriced, but understandable as this is inline with the hotels standard. We also did at times feel uncomfortable wearing tracksuit bottoms and casual tshirts, it seemed at times the staff expected formal wear, which for us we do on a daily basis- last thing we wanted to do on a getaway. but again this was in line with the hotels standards.
Food was great, bit pricey but happy to pay as the bar staff and waiters were excellent service, probably the best we've had so far.
We originally booked a room facing the mountain, tbh the room didn't have a mountain view at all, all we could see was an opposite building which wasn't very pleasant, but the staff were kind enough to move us to a sea view, which was spectacular. Amazing view and great hospitality. Except for a few minor things, which can certainly be overlooked, this place is a definite must visit, by far the best in this area.
