The staff were very pleasant, and attentive, the lounge and dining room were well presented. The bedding was clean, towels fresh and clean. Our bedroom was very small more suitable for a single person (although the bed was a double it was a small double). the lift was quite small and old with a gate and doors. The television did not work properly, the shower/sink room was tiny, we had to ask for extra milk/tea, and the bed was not made up the first day. the downstairs looked as though it had been refurbished, but the upstairs really needed some modernising would be a really nice place if modernised.

Nothing The website is a complete mis-representation of what the hotel is actually like. My bedroom was not clean and very tatty. The shower was only luke warm. I didn't complain before I left, I just wanted to get the hell out of the hotel. Poor, poor, poor.

On Arrival the room was not ready (5.30PM). Telephone did not work. Window could not be opened as sash cord had snapped and one pane of glass was so badly cracked it allowed cold air in. Floor had not been hoovered; dirty tissues behind the bed etc. Breakfast was at best mediocre with watered down fruit juice, a very poor selection of cereals and poorly cooked breakfast.

Location very good for free parking outside hotel free Breakfast good. Dining room very cold also the bedroom until we put the electric heater on .After leaving it on all day and night it was warmer. Hotel could do with new windows as they were very draughty, and you could not see outside because they were dripping wet inside.

The location. Bedrooms are nothing like your photographs, not sure if there is one bedroom been modernised to showcase on the web. The reality is the rooms are in desperate need of modernising, bath and sink cracked, bathroom floor had many body hairs on it. We had 3 rooms booked all very basic, one T.V. only worked if you held the button in. Only one guy working there whilst we stayed, he covered reception, bar and breakfast, athough he did try to excel in making our stay a good one.

Staff friendly Location good, nicew to stroll back to the hotel after evening out Very poor value for money. We were shown the 'luxury' room after viewing 2 others that were not good. If we hadn't paid in advance we would not have stayed in this hotel and the offer price shown on the website is not an offer, it is the price that is displyed in the hotel. The 'luxury' room was £150 per night - sorry, really wrong. Breakfast was chaotic. Staff do not serve in order of who was seated and they couldn't remember who had asked for what. When we were eventually served, it too was not what I would expect for a hotel with these prices attached. We have stayed in far better hotels for alot less money.

My room was very small and old fashioned, everything was very worn, only had a shower in my en-suite that was covered in black mold. Tea and coffee facilities were of the cheapest kind which meant I didnt have a refreshment at all during my stay. Breakfast was terrible only one person in the dining room, no fruit juice left when I went down and no white toast when I requested it. Although I did get a half hour extra to check out this hotel it is very over priced compared to a lot of hotels in Llandudno

Great seaview and the comfiest bed I've slept in for a while - and I stay at a lot of hotels! Some of the facilities at the hotel were quite dated (eg small crt tv in room, lift with cage doors, decor. However, everything did work and was clean.

Room clean Not enough staff, hotel bar not open, the breakfast was luke warm, got up at 7am to go for a walk along the prom, only to find the front door locked, finally found someone at 7.30am to open up, was not very happy as I think thats illegal in case of fire, especially with a lot of older people staying. Decided to stay another night in llandudno but not at that hotel

“Above all else I thought the food was delicious! The staff were incredibly friendly and an all round happy atmosphere at the hotel. The staff to a man and woman were delightful with my four year old and I look forward to re-visiting with my partner and baby.....Long may you reign, Imperial!! ps and how nice not to have a buffet/help yourself breakfast with 'past-their best to eat' selection! Instead glorious, freshly cooked, served All Welsh!” Ian, Chester |
