The staff could not do enough helpful and freindly. The view from the rooms of the seafront were beautiful . It was very old poor deco. Looked like an old care home on the corridors. Facilities in rooms poor One TV, with one channel that worked. Basic tea and coffee facilities. Quite expensive to eat in the hotel. |

The evening meal although it was expensive for what you got. The room, carpet wasn't clean, bathroom was tiny with no space to move and both the sink and cistern were cracked and dirty looking. The toilet roll over the sink means you have no proper access to it and the shower was horrible. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Expected better value for money, and the attitude of staff when we made the complaint was appalling. |

It was a convenient location for my needs and also on the sea front. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was disorganised, short-staffed and unbusiness-like. It seemed as if the management were inexperienced, eg. I was asked to pay in advance for my stay as soon as I arrived. Also poor breakfast choices and stained tea cups. Hotel doors locked after midnight. |

The view from the rear view car mirror when driving away from the hotel The service, the food and the attitude of the staff. The nearest comparison is with Fawlty Towers and Fawlty Towers wins. Despite advertising dinner none was avaiable despite asking about dinner at 3pm on arrival. The room allocated was not ready on arrival. Breakfast service was chaotic lack of staff and those there were untrained. Never again probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed. |

The sea view. The service was poor,we checked twice with the hotel that we wanted a cot and when we arrived we did not have one.We asked for a high chair at breakfast for our 15month old and was told i would have to wait as they needed cleaning.Would not stay here again. |

Location, potential. The management of the hotel was poor. Some staff tried hard, to make what could have been a good experiance better but were fighting against indiferance and poor leadership. This hotel has much potential which putting small things right would make good. |

The hotel has an excellent location, the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were poor and some of the services/facilities advertised in the hotel's own literature were not actually available. No apology was offerred for the non-availability of services/facilities. |

Staff friendly and the clean bed did for the night. Hotel steps dangerous as cracking up, toilet needed 5 mins. between flushing and standard of breakfast very poor---cooking of it not acceptable,no bread or toast offered. Plus a memeber of staff dropped some cutlery on the floor and instead of returning it to the kitchen put it in the containers for use!! |

The outside of the hotel, the reception area and downstairs reception rooms/bar was lovely - it was obvious that money had been recently spend to update the hotel. Excellent locations. The hotel staff appeared very disorganised as it took a while to find our booking. The hot water in the shower didn't work. The barman was a little too familiar for my liking and again, wasn't organised. Breakfast was totally disorganised! Also we had to request clean coffee cups and polish the cutlery before we could eat. |

Llandudno was super, the hotel was not. Breakfasts were a disgrace. Not sufficient food or staff. They should not take on large parties at the expense of other guests.s |

the staff where very friendly. the reception area and dinning room we excilently presented and decorated they had obviudly spent all there money doing up the dinning room and recepition areas as the bedrooms where smelly the wall paper was coming off the walls there was mould in the bathroom there shower did not work properly it was either frezzing or boiling hot. and 1 staff member felt as they can walk into your room whenever they like even at 9 ocloke in the evening to see how well house keeping did. |

Sea view, spacious comfortable room, pleasant staff, good breakfast .We stayed during week and although there were many guests it was very quiet. We got everything we requested. Thank you very much. Would have liked to have been shown to our breakfast table to avoid sitting in the wrong place. A slightly musty smell on stairs and corridors due I expect to the extreme age of the listed building. Nothing that we could'nt forgive. |

I am afraid I din'nt like any think at all This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The service was non existent our room was'nt cleaned untill I complained at 5pm on Saturday evening. The bedroom was so small it was not funny, the hand basin was in the bedroom as there was no room for it in the bathroom. Then he tried to buy me off with a bottle of beer. I'm sorry you people have these type on your books. |

Sea front position. Very basic, definitely not value for money. Breakfast was a shambles, no choice and the food was cold. Definietly not a quality hotel. No manager to take charge. Bedroom was very dated and the bathroom was mouldy. |
