Friendliness of staff
Shower just a trickle
Ideally located for the University of Westminster, comfortable and cheap.
very clean and comfortable room apart from being a bit small
Noise from up above.
The location was great 2 min walk from Madame taussaude and the the big bus which have an amazing tour of London including a river tour. Walking distance to regent st and most of the other attractions. Breakfast was ok. I was there the third week of February.
The size of the room and rooms were very old and outdated. And rooms were hot even though we were there on February.
I liked everything from the location of the hotel to the staff. Also, the breakfast was very good.
Location was ideal suited our needs.
On the small side, bathroom was tiny, there wasn't enough room between the bathtub and the wall to stand. And you had to mount the loo side on as it was impossible to sit on it normally, due to a lack of space.
Location perfect, shower super water pressure; very warm room, quiet room, nice room colour white with brown furniture modern. Shower and toilet very nice.
I reserved a room at 19 Nottingham and on arrival taken to 25 Nottingham to our room in the basement. Vegy breakfast no bacon and also in basement. The beds are very narrow good size for young teenagers.
The friendliness of the staff and willingness to accommodate our request for a later check out and moving us to a room where the bed was accessible from both sides. The breakfast was much better than anticipated after reading all the reviews.
Good shower, comfortable bed and all very clean.Breakfast was adequate.Overall good value for money and the location for me was excellent just 5 minutes from the Clinic where my wife had an overnight stay.
Very small room and en-suite, albeit everything I required was there.Room on the front road and a little noisy.
Good value for money, friendly staff and comfortable hotel.
Nice guy on reception, breakfast staff very helpful, room and hotel were spotless.Location 5 mins from Baker St station.Good indian restaurant 5 mins walk,
Room was small and dreakfast did not include bacon, sausages etc, just eggs with beans ,mushrooms and tomato.
It was just ok really. Pretty small room
Really small dining area and breakfast was pretty average and snall on portion.
With respect to price is fair to Business trip.
Near Baker St. station
The hidden small step just outside the front door
Clean rooms Location
small rooms but it was fine for a solo traveler.
Ordered a taxi for the next morning in the reception. Total ripoff ! Had to pay 70 pounds to go to Ruislip when I the day before payed 40. Think the man in the reception called a friend to take me and took money under table because the "taxi" didn't have a machine or anything!
In a good location. Friendly assistance from reception desk at all times. Great shower. Clean. Good breakfast.
The backroom with a small window without a view was somewhat claustrophobic. The ensuite was cramped with a very tiny basin. No safe facility.
Clean and good loocation
Too expensive, rooms are too small
Location was excellent, Baker Street underground only 5 minute walk. Close to Big Bus drop off and two of the major train stations.
Room was very small and bathroom was an awkward configuration. Breakfast was good and dining room staff friendly.
excellent location (walking distance to underground station and even oxford street) (mostly) frirendly staff - two frontdesk staff were vrery friendly and helpful! I'm really grateful that the manager helped me print my ticket for airport bus!
- some staff in the kitchen/ breakfast room can't really speak english - you have to ask the frontdesk for password if you want wifi for more than one device - breakfast on my first day of stay was in another building but it wasn't what they told me when i checked in the day before. It was rather confusing.
bed is good
So rude staff. We booked a twin room. But the bed we had is two jointed single bed. When we asked that can we change to a twin room. The staff even blame us. By the way the room locate in underground level. The breakfast food is ok. We went to breakfast at 9:50am which is ten min to finish. When I ask for food, she was unwilling to offer. However she have us food finally. but the she told us, you was give half more hour to finish food and then leave. it's really a terrible experience that I ever had. You definitely can't feel that you are welcomed. You are just the cash cow.
it was very clean and also very quiet. And the breakfast was very good and the staff are friendly
the bathroom of my room was too small to even fit in it. It is very uncomfortable when you walk out of the shower you have to open the door and I am a size 10.
The service was excellent and staff were very friendly in helping me get through with my business trip. The free wifi was a big plus as well as breakfast. It was near to the shopping area. Also the room although small was very clean and very well lit so it was not claustrophobic.
The floor was noisy especially in the morning
Stayed here for one night as I had to be at a nearby hospital early on the morning. Room clean, water hot. Nice quiet road which was good as no double glazing so some noise from outside
The hotel locates near Baker Street station and is really convenient. And the breakfast was awesome!!
