Location, Staff and the Cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom
The breakfast was ok not fantastic but could be better
Needed a bed in a convenient west end location; the basement room was quiet, clean and comfortable
The breakfast (included in the price) was just OK.
easy to find .access to other areas not a problem. value for money.
nothing major but breakfast could have been a little more traditional. ok we had tea coffee, cereals, toast etc but no option of meat on the menu.
It was where we wanted to be at the right price.
The hotel was in quite a good location! The room was fine, a little on the small side as we were meant to have twin beds but it was basically two singles stuck together so it looks like a double (lucky we didn't mind sleeping next to eachother or we would of been screwed!) Breakfast was quite nice & a good extra!
The staff member who checked us in was nice. The next day an lady on reception was very rude to myself as our key wouldn't work and she just said 'well you put IT next to the phone no wonder it doesn't work don't do that again' not once were we told to not leave the key by the phone.. The way she spoke to us was just rude!!!! Also they had a linen delivery at 11pm which kept us awake as the lorry was so noisey!!! What a silly time to have a delivery!!
Double room very small
Staff helpful, excellent location and room clean and comfortable
great location close to underground, restaurants and other attractions
The manager came in with his key without knocking door while I was in the room during the stay. Tiny double room and it's more like a single room with tiny bathroom.
Friendliness of staff
Shower just a trickle
Full English breakfast, fast WiFi.
When we first arrived we were taken to no 25 even though i booked 19, was told they had upgraded us. however we wasn't disappointed, the room was clean, a good size twin, and well furnished, we had a mini fridge, a safe, a hairdryer, a nice tv, and a nice modern bathroom, with a fabulous shower. the room was a very warm, but that wasn't a problem, i opened the window. it was very quiet, with no noise from outside. our room was on the first floor, but there is a lift. The location was ideal, a few minutes from Madame Tussauds and the underground tube station. the staff were very friendly, and couldn't do enough to help. and even set up my free Wifi. would definitely stay here again.
We had to go back to 19 for breakfast, as 25 doesn't serve meat. however, again staff were friendly and breakfast was very nice.
Ideally located for the University of Westminster, comfortable and cheap.
very clean and comfortable room apart from being a bit small
Noise from up above.
The location was great 2 min walk from Madame taussaude and the the big bus which have an amazing tour of London including a river tour. Walking distance to regent st and most of the other attractions. Breakfast was ok. I was there the third week of February.
The size of the room and rooms were very old and outdated. And rooms were hot even though we were there on February.
I liked everything from the location of the hotel to the staff. Also, the breakfast was very good.
Location was ideal suited our needs.
On the small side, bathroom was tiny, there wasn't enough room between the bathtub and the wall to stand. And you had to mount the loo side on as it was impossible to sit on it normally, due to a lack of space.
Location perfect, shower super water pressure; very warm room, quiet room, nice room colour white with brown furniture modern. Shower and toilet very nice.
I reserved a room at 19 Nottingham and on arrival taken to 25 Nottingham to our room in the basement. Vegy breakfast no bacon and also in basement. The beds are very narrow good size for young teenagers.
The friendliness of the staff and willingness to accommodate our request for a later check out and moving us to a room where the bed was accessible from both sides. The breakfast was much better than anticipated after reading all the reviews.
Good shower, comfortable bed and all very clean.Breakfast was adequate.Overall good value for money and the location for me was excellent just 5 minutes from the Clinic where my wife had an overnight stay.
Very small room and en-suite, albeit everything I required was there.Room on the front road and a little noisy.
Good value for money, friendly staff and comfortable hotel.
Nice guy on reception, breakfast staff very helpful, room and hotel were spotless.Location 5 mins from Baker St station.Good indian restaurant 5 mins walk,
Room was small and dreakfast did not include bacon, sausages etc, just eggs with beans ,mushrooms and tomato.
It was just ok really. Pretty small room
Really small dining area and breakfast was pretty average and snall on portion.
With respect to price is fair to Business trip.
Near Baker St. station
The hidden small step just outside the front door
