The beds were comfortable, the towels were changed every day. There was an iron, hair dryer, kettle and fridge. The breakfast was good too.
The rooms were small
We enjoyed the location and it's closeness to rail links. Also it was only 100 metres from where my son has uni digs. Breakfast was excellent. Would recommend.
Value for money. The rooms may be small but are very clean and well equiped
The breakfasts could be improved at no extra cost
Convenient location for Regent's Park and shops. Quiet. Felt safe.
Room a bit noisy from plumbing from room above and adjacent
Proximity to restaurants, stations and the hospital we were attending
Shower was not working properly. Room quite small
bed comfortable Good heating system Tv functioning as well the mini fridge.
when I booked I asked for a high floor but when I checked in I discovered small rooms where only at the first floor. Despite I asked for the wi-fi I wasn't given any password. The carpet was really dirty with several stains on it. Very noisy (from the street and neighbours)
The Hotel was in central location near Baker Street Tube Station and Madame Tussaud's. Clean and basic triple room 3 beds and bathroom. Flat screen TV and free Wifi in room. Breakfast included in the price. Ideal if wanting low budget stay in London.
Rooms were nice and clean, close to tube station and regent street is within walking distance.Lovely breakfast!
It was quite warm in the room,so we needed the window open, felt a little stuffy, but it was an exceptionally warm weekend for October!
The room was clean and was always kept clean for the whole duration of our stay. Friendly and approachable staff, willing to help.
Rooms relatively small, breakfast just adequate.
Handy position, clean & comfortable.
Breakfast was ok. Location is good. Bathroom was clean
1) The rooms were too small!! . No space for moving around. 2) There was no Air Condition though a table fan was provided. 3) The pressure of the shower was too low.
Location is good and cleanliness was fair.
They made us pay a surcharge above price quoted by Bookings for payment by American express. Changed the room booked from one hotel to the one next door. Breakfast was poor.
Ideal central location. Very clean and comfortable rooms and public areas. Given choice of room by gentleman at reception.
Rooms a bit on the small side. Although radiator was not turned on in bedroom it was very warm overnight.
Easy to find close to Euston station Excellent shops bars etc within easy walking distance. Comfortable bed and good shower. Felt homely. great breakfast freshly cooked
Room and bathroom were small but had everything needed No inside door lock
Location was great, just around the corner from the tube. Room was clean and had everything we needed, iron, hairdryer, tea making facilities and tv.
Shower was not very powerful. Also the room was quite small for a family.
Breakfast was good and staff friendly. Good location
The breakfast room was small so if you did not get in early you would have to wait. Had to chase staff to get another towel as only one in a double room.
The room size (too small) The breakfast was adequate but basic (no fresh fruit).
Location, free wifi, lower price deal.
Bad house keeping job- my bed was made daily but found hair and stain all over. The matress is not do comfortable and very tiny for even one. Stony toilet sink and shower.
Location, facilities, friendly staff
That we couldn't stay longer :)
Close to where we needed to go. Short walk to eating and buses.
Bathroom showed its age, small cracks on tiles etc, but that was ok. Water pressure, again that was fine.
I am disabled and need a walker, and all of the staff (including the breakfast staff) were very helpful to me. The hotel has stairs, but I was given a room on the ground floor and there IS a lift, and the staff helped me with my breakfast and getting the walker up and down the outside steps. I probably haven't stayed in a B&B in thirty years, but the room was very clean and quiet and met my expectations. The location of the hotel was also very good. Lots of taxis and nearby public transport.
The food was very standard (or as I remembered B&B food thirty years ago). Not surprising, but could have been better.
staff were very nice in deed !!!!very clean indeed!
doors slamming !!!! had very little sleep> would be better if doors had the adjustments where the doors were slow shutting themselves so it would be more quitet !!!!!
The location was convenient to the Baker St station and to restaurants on Baker St. The breakfasts were good.
Staff was not accommodating or friendly. I sent an email prior to arriving and received no response. They also required payment upon arrival which I have never had to do.
The hotel is in a really nice area and is close to tube stations, pubs, restaurants and shops. My room was very small but furnished nicely and modern. Lovely bed. Nicely cooked breakfast in the morning. Efficient and helpful staff.
Small, basement room. No bin. No electric socket next to the bed. Only very picky things. Expensive for size of the room.
Very clean and comfortable, furniture, fittings and ensuite shower all of good quality
Our room was in the basement and rather claustrophobic
