The location was ideal, quiet but near main shopping area. The room accommodated 4, had iron, ironing board, hair dryer, tea/coffee etc. The linen was spotless. The staff were friendly, unobtrusive and polite. I would recommend it as a great family b+b for older children. The lift only took 2 people so it might not suit the very young or old. The breakfast was hearty and the portions were generous. The staff permitted us to leave our luggage until the late afternoon on the day of our departure. We had no complaints and were happy with our experience and would stay there again. The cooked breakfast was ample but not very tasty. On the second and last morning I opted to have cereal, toast, juice and coffee (which I thoroughly enjoyed) rather than face the fry again. |

Convenience to central london, short stroll from Baker St tube station and oxford street. Rooms are quite small, but I did find them comfortable, clean and warm. As I was a lone traveller, my initial room was to say the least "tiny", however I was quite happy there, again as I was on my own, this is not my complaint. After staying one night, I headed out for the day. On return that evening I was told at reception that I had been moved to another room, which was larger. A few reasons why I was somewhat unhappy with this. 1. I did not complain or ask to be moved. 2. All my personal belongings were packed and moved by hotel staff, this in my opinion is completely out of order. 3. Prior to this move E.G. when I left the hotel at 10:30am that morning, I was not informed of a possiblle move. |

We had a very pleasant three night stay. Our room was small but exceptionally clean and very comfortable. All the hotel staff were friendly and we were served a delicious and filling breakfast, Hotel is situated in a great area for bistro style cafe bars and shopping. We are already planning our next trip to London and would definitely stay at the Regency again, |

It was very clean, easy access to where i wanted to go to , open all night, friendly staff and a very good breakfast Room was very cramped, i was next to the cleaners room in the basement and so as they start work at 07.30 on a sunday morning it was noisy and no chance of a lie-in. Breakfast room was quite cramped |

Reasonable price for this small Hotel, located close to the Baker Street tube station, a good place to discover London. The staff is very kind, the room correct and we appreciated the real English breakfast. |

Helpful staff in quiet location in central London. Very good location for business, shopping and transport access. One sachet of shower gel is not enough, everything else is fine. |

Very close to the biggest shopping street of Europe, Oxford Street, only a 5 minute walk. Hotel is very close to the metro station Baker Street, close to restaurants and shops. Hotel manager was very friendly! |

Near the underground. Credit card accept/reject policy. If the credit card is a company shared card with the holder indicated as the company name, the hotel will not accept it. I even offered to have the company send a fax indicating authorization to use the card(as well as my business card and passport etc.), still the hotel rejected it. I could not go to another hotel because the hotel was going to charge the first night regardless, on the same credit card that it supposedly was rejecting! The receptionist was not rude but I felt that the hotel was putting money ahead of the customer, right in the customer's face - (kinda like) take it or leave it we're gonna charge your company's card for the first night anyway, but oh we're gonna reject your use of it. (!?) |

Although the room was small, it was compact and with all the necessary amenities, even an ironing board, not to mention a hair dryer. And there were mirrors everywhere, so I didn't have to fight with my husband when I put on my make up or my clothes.Above all, it was very clean and all the taps (faucets) work like a dream, unlike the other B&B we had stayed at where the water usually trickles down in drips and drops. But definitely not for a family with young kids. Children should be allowed to have fun on their vacation, and not be silenced due to some ailing clients. Almost nothing . Even though the breakfast crew was obviously lacking in their English language, they tried their best with a very good imitation of the British accent ! |

Reception staff friendly and capable, though single gentleman, so difficult to serve the queue of people at busy times. Room clean, bedlinen clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for me as I had a meeting nearby. Room and shower very small. Breakfast poor quality: the cheapest possible tinned fruit cocktail in a lot of syrup - no thanks, cheapest sliced bread, poor quality preserves, watered down poor quality orange juice, very slow service. Overall, I didn't think it was good value for money and will look elsewhere next time. |

St Giles Hotel is in London's West End, 50 metres from the Tube and Oxford Street shops. Its leisure club has a swimming pool and gym. The hotel has Italian, Japanese and Asian restaurants. |
With its own restaurant, the Mermaid Suite Hotel is very close to Oxford Street, in the heart of the fashionable West End. |
This newly refurbished town house is an affordable hotel in central London. The well-appointed, spacious rooms and apartments have free tea and coffee-making facilities. |
A brand new refurbished property right in the centre of town, a short walk from Baker Street, Oxford Street, Paddington station and, just around the corner, the Heathrow Express. |
