Huone oli siisti, palvelu yleensä ystävällistä ja rentoa. Hintaansa nähden ok.

Aamiaistarjoilun taso vaihtelevaa ja aamiaiseksi ei ollut mitään tuoretta, esim. hedelmiä. Kylpyhuoneessa ei ollut tuuletusta.

Henkilökunta mukavaa ja palvelualtista, aamiainen erittäin hyvä, kylpyhuone siisti ja toimiva, sijainti rauhallinen mutta liikenneyhteydet ok. Yleensä toimiva langaton internetverkko.

Sähkökatkos yksi ilta 2 h, jolloin myös suihkun vesi kylmää. Joskus teenkeittovarusteet puutteelliset. Langaton verkko temppuili.

Good location. Room very clean, small and basic but pleasant. Kettle, tea, coffee etc in room with decent hairdryer and iron / ironing board. So well equipped. Previous reviews mentioned worn stair carpet which was getting replaced during our stay. Very hot weather, no ac but fans available so not a problem.

Breakfast good except sausages which were awful. We had to pay on arrival which seemed a bit strange as they had our credit card details from booking as security, but staff pleasant about it.

It was close to the city and easily walkable from the main areas as well as being accessible by bus and train without difficulty.

My room did not get cleaned on the second day. Luckily I had enough towels and was able to beg some more teabags and milk from reception.

My stay at the hotel was very comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating to my needs. Thank you

hotel needs re-decorating looking a bit worn carpets, wallpaper, but still clean. lack of bar facillity's.

The room was clean and the hotel well located. The English breakfast was O.K.

My room was in the basement, so it was very warm and airless and I could not aerate, becasuse something constantly rattled in front of my window. But I think the other rooms (upstairs) can be fine.

Good location for us (going to Lords) at a reasonable price. Friendly & helpful staff. Comfortable bed & good breakfast (particularly the eggs!)

Room small & a little basic. Other than being very warm (no air con) was ok. Shower very weak.Carpet very worn in stair/landing areas.Lift very small, which I found claustrophobic, & slow.

The location is good. The staff was responsive. The breakfast is a full breakfast (warm breakfast choices).

The single room was exceptionally small. I think next time I'd upgrade to have a bit more room to walk around the bed.

The rooms were very basic, but had everything you need. The rooms were a bit shabby, but the bathroom was spotlessly clean and the bedlinen was nice and crisp and white. We were unlucky to be in london during the tube strike, but the hotel was only a 10 minute walk from Oxford Street. So it wasnt too bad. Overall a good, clean base for visiting London.

The breakfast was nice apart from the disgusting sausages. They were as cheap as you could buy, the bacon was lovely though.
