It was just ok really. Pretty small room
Really small dining area and breakfast was pretty average and snall on portion.
With respect to price is fair to Business trip.
Near Baker St. station
The hidden small step just outside the front door
Clean rooms Location
small rooms but it was fine for a solo traveler.
Ordered a taxi for the next morning in the reception. Total ripoff ! Had to pay 70 pounds to go to Ruislip when I the day before payed 40. Think the man in the reception called a friend to take me and took money under table because the "taxi" didn't have a machine or anything!
In a good location. Friendly assistance from reception desk at all times. Great shower. Clean. Good breakfast.
The backroom with a small window without a view was somewhat claustrophobic. The ensuite was cramped with a very tiny basin. No safe facility.
Clean and good loocation
Too expensive, rooms are too small
Location was excellent, Baker Street underground only 5 minute walk. Close to Big Bus drop off and two of the major train stations.
Room was very small and bathroom was an awkward configuration. Breakfast was good and dining room staff friendly.
excellent location (walking distance to underground station and even oxford street) (mostly) frirendly staff - two frontdesk staff were vrery friendly and helpful! I'm really grateful that the manager helped me print my ticket for airport bus!
- some staff in the kitchen/ breakfast room can't really speak english - you have to ask the frontdesk for password if you want wifi for more than one device - breakfast on my first day of stay was in another building but it wasn't what they told me when i checked in the day before. It was rather confusing.
bed is good
So rude staff. We booked a twin room. But the bed we had is two jointed single bed. When we asked that can we change to a twin room. The staff even blame us. By the way the room locate in underground level. The breakfast food is ok. We went to breakfast at 9:50am which is ten min to finish. When I ask for food, she was unwilling to offer. However she have us food finally. but the she told us, you was give half more hour to finish food and then leave. it's really a terrible experience that I ever had. You definitely can't feel that you are welcomed. You are just the cash cow.
it was very clean and also very quiet. And the breakfast was very good and the staff are friendly
the bathroom of my room was too small to even fit in it. It is very uncomfortable when you walk out of the shower you have to open the door and I am a size 10.
The service was excellent and staff were very friendly in helping me get through with my business trip. The free wifi was a big plus as well as breakfast. It was near to the shopping area. Also the room although small was very clean and very well lit so it was not claustrophobic.
The floor was noisy especially in the morning
Stayed here for one night as I had to be at a nearby hospital early on the morning. Room clean, water hot. Nice quiet road which was good as no double glazing so some noise from outside
The hotel locates near Baker Street station and is really convenient. And the breakfast was awesome!!
For a city trip a good hotel. A small but big enough room and a default breakfast. Location is good, near Baker Street Underground station.
location cleanliness staff
breakfast size of room
the location is excellent - very close to major attractions and the underground station. The room was adequate, it provided a comfortable bed, and a really nice shower with plenty of hot water and decent pressure. There is an elevator, to take bags upstairs in. Breakfast is good- cereal, fruit and full breakfast provided. When asked, the staff provide helpful information. The wifi has a great connection and is free throughout the hotel. The room is well heated, and extra blankets can be provided.
The room was very small for the price you pay, as is the bathroom - but it is adequate. The staff are a little unfriendly.
Free wi-fi as most hotels in London don't offer this. Location - Baker Street tube less than 5 mins away giving excellent access to the sights of London
First room which was supposed to be a double felt like a cloak room. The second room was in the basement and not much bigger. Third room on the first floor was two single beds but fractionally larger. The breakfast was very poor. Would definitely not recommend this hotel. Very poor value for money.
Could happily check-in at 2am without issue.
The inclusive breakfast that was supplied was meagre.
The beds were comfortable, the towels were changed every day. There was an iron, hair dryer, kettle and fridge. The breakfast was good too.
The rooms were small
We enjoyed the location and it's closeness to rail links. Also it was only 100 metres from where my son has uni digs. Breakfast was excellent. Would recommend.
Value for money. The rooms may be small but are very clean and well equiped
The breakfasts could be improved at no extra cost
Convenient location for Regent's Park and shops. Quiet. Felt safe.
Room a bit noisy from plumbing from room above and adjacent
Proximity to restaurants, stations and the hospital we were attending
Shower was not working properly. Room quite small
bed comfortable Good heating system Tv functioning as well the mini fridge.
when I booked I asked for a high floor but when I checked in I discovered small rooms where only at the first floor. Despite I asked for the wi-fi I wasn't given any password. The carpet was really dirty with several stains on it. Very noisy (from the street and neighbours)
