Regency Hotel - B&B  

Fairly quiet street just a short walk to the tube on Baker Street. We stayed in the family room with 2 teenage daughters. It was a small room, as we expected, but we managed fine. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the location, building and decor. It was very clean. The hot traditional breakfast was good.

The cold breakfast options were not very appealing. I never saw anyone opt for the cereals or canned fruit. Fortunately, this was our first stop and I wasn't tired of the traditional breakfast yet.

Good room with all facilities and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent. Location good for central London but also very quiet.

Only a small point, but no restaurant and nothing decent nearby

Only beef was that the Lift was a bit slow, minor problem

Well we loved the English Breakfast.

The room was not at all the one we asked for and they told us that there never was a room we asked for, i booked it more then a half year in front, so they should have contacted me. They solved the problem but still. The rooms were far to hot coz of the cv that you couldn't turn off yourself.

Very helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent and they provided special menu orders for us. We would definitely stay there again.

Really good location beside regents park, tube stations, oxford street. Staff friendly and helpful.

Room a bit small not really suitable for afamily but comfortable and clean.

Breakfast was aceptable, English breakfast, and it was clean.

I had a single room, it was really tiny, about 4 square meters, almost no space to move around at all. Not even to move the chair an sit on it. Old fashioned forniture, adaptors and cables around every where over the floor and on the table. Tv was from the cretaceous, not even sure if it works.

The hotel overall was okay.

On checkout the receptionist accused me of not paying, then went to the car to take my bags out of the taxi and in a scuffle apparently his finger got broken/fractured. Landed me in several hours of police questioning until finally was cleared. Worst hotel experience of my life.

The bed was comfortable; for such a good London location, it was reasonably priced.

The rooms were clean and well equipped. Breakfast was good with a large choice.

The double room we had was a little on the snug side, but we were only there for a short stay so not really a problem.

Really near Baker Street underground station and Madame Tussauds. We recommend this hotel if you want to stay few days and spend most of your time to know the city. Staff helped with informations and ordered food for us when we arrived after 1am. Simple but tasty breakfast included. Good bathroom with a bathtube. Room equipped for ironing clothes and making tea and coffee. It has a small wardrobe and a mirror. Heating worked well.

Nearby restaurants close at 10pm, but there is a restaurant that deliveries pizza and other pasta until 2am. Cleaning staff entered the room twice: once we were sleeping late and the other we were changing clothes. Shower has low water flow. Room very small, but it is ok with you intend only to take a shower and sleep. Wi-fi signal was really bad in the room.

Location was nice, very close to Marylebone for restaurants and shopping, and Baker St Underground station which gets you anywhere quickly. The street was quiet for sleeping. Price and availability were very good.

Very spartan accomodations. Small lobby, very small room, the TV old fashion and small, bathroom very small and the water pressure was low. Its ok if you are out all day and just want a room to sleep in.

Room could have been bigger.

Curtains in room very worn (had lots of holes in them, net curtains dirty. Not enough tea and milk in room had to keep asking for more (staff always provided more when asked).
