Staff was friendly

Sink in room broken, (off wall), had to ask for toiletpaper, towels were not changed in 4 days unless I asked, very noisy floorboards, dirty walls, overall poorly maintained

Main reason for booking at the Regency was the availability for room for 4 people in single beds. Still taking into account the location: Earl's Court

Although the room was clean it really needed refurbishing as the carpet and furniture were really worn out in that particular room. The bathroom as however almost new. Good hotel for people that are out and about and just need accommodation for the nights.

The hotel was definitely not worth 70 pounds/night. I found the hotel to be very old, and nothing functioned including flushing the toilet..........it was obvious that they don't want to invest any money to upgrade the rooms to make them a bit more pleasant. I would never stay there again and would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemies!!!!!!!

It's located in a very tourist friendly neighborhood.

The check-out was at 10 and the receptionist was extremely rude.

cleansiness space, facilities, service was all below standard. Due to this I left early and overall analysis is that this hotel is below average.

Location is the great. We haven't wasted a minute in our schedule for transport, because Earls Court Underground - two minutes by foot. There are lots of places nearby to buy food (M&S and similar, Tesco at 15 minutes walk). Lots of places to eat outdoors. Old, beautiful, quiet district. Stuff is polite and helpful. Free wi-fi (ask for the password at check in).

No lift, which wasn't a problem at all - but just for future visitors to know. Quite small but still nice room. No handle on the closet door.

No hay acensor , tenia que subir tres plantas, cuarto sucio, sobre todo el baño era enano y sucio. Hasta las sabanas eran sucias.

Nulla,ho prenotato una camera con bagno e c'era solo il lavabo,senza doccia,squallido e sporco! La cucina faceva schivo! Tutto molto deludente! Unica cosa positiva era la posizione centrale! Anche molto caro!

Non lo consiglierei se non solo per la comodità. Rumoroso di notte con staff non molto simpatico ed ospiti maleducati e sporchi. Camera singola a malapena respirabile con due valigie aperte dovevo stare sospesa nell''aria per camminare. Wi fi scarsamente funzionante. Bagno personale decente non oso immaginare quello in condivisione.

nada No he estado en un hotel de tan baja calidad nunca

Ahora me explico por que Inglatera no quiere entrar en el euro, no puede porque sus instalaciones no se adecuan a la normativa europea, lo único que tienen bueno es el metro y las infraestucturas. pobres atletas cuando vayan a las olimpiadas.Que se busquen un buen hotel

Yukardaki olumlu düşünce dısındaki hersey olumsuz. O fiyata değmez.. Biz 120 Pound ödedik, Hemen yanındaki otel olan Oxford'da kardesim 105 Pounda kaldı, hemde daha güzel ve konforlu bir oteldi. Ustelik kahvaltıda dahildi..

Ärligt...det här är inget hotell...snarare rum! Man ska inte ha några större anspråk på boendet om man väljer det här! Funkar men inte mer!

Lo bueno que tiene es que esta al lado de una parada de metro. Yo tampoco puedo decir mucho pq salía del hotel a las 8 de la mañana y no volvía hasta pasadas las 12.

La verdad es que tampoco es un hotel para estarse allí mucho rato ya que es un poco "cuchitril".
