clean bathroom, fresh towels, clean room every day; comfortable beds; some catering facilities (tea, coffee, microwave); our room with garden view (very peaceful); lovely garden (inner courtyard) where you can enjoy a coffee or tea; close enough to the center

the rooms are maybe a little bit small, (bathroom sink also small) but functional; good breakfast (not for mediterranean people)

delicious breakfast (I definitely recommend full English breakfast), a wonderful fireplace decorating the room, fast Wi-Fi, clean, nice location.

rainwater penetrate to the room because the external window could not close properly. However the staff took care of the problem immediately

A pleasant location, close to the main tourist zones, comfortable bed, all the required facilities are provided in the room, towels are changed daily, sheets are changed on regular basis, a very nice back yard, very nice gentlemen at the reception desk.

The room is quite small, but maybe is large for London. During week-end may be difficult to get a table, due to the small breakfast room.

We liked all the options ticked above, plus the use of the small patio garden with the 'cart facility' which provide tea/coffee and biscuits for guests. Avery pleasant place to sit on a summer evening. Also the use of a fridge and microwave in the room.

As I am elderly with a dodgy knee bedroom on the 3rd floor was a drawback. I would stay there again but check the position of the room.

Beds very comfy. Cleanliness was to standard.

Breakfast small. Only 1 mushroom???? Would class it as light breakfast not full English.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. We had a room overlooking the gardens at the back which was great. The garden was also a lovely place to sit & have a coffee. Breakfast was well organise, you booked your preferred time, so no waiting! I would stay here again.

No bar. But there are a few nice pubs within walking distance.

We liked the style and location of the hotel. thought the complimentary bottles of water, the apples and the shortbread biscuits were a nice touch

    Both en-suites were rather small

Garden with seating and free self service tea. Hotel very well run with helpful, friendly staff. Comfortable bed, pleasant room, good quality english breakfast. Hotel close to restaurants and cafés in Goodge St.

Some decor is a little worn/past its best. Room a bit small but ok for 3 nights.

About the only thing to like was the location...close to tube.

Staff, size of hotel in general, extremely tiny bathrooms, very small rooms, no elevators, water ran hot and cold while taking a shower, tiny shower. These...and more!

The breakfast was good and the server was excellent.

Too many stairs for us 70year olds as no lift. Couldn't swing a mouse let alone a cat in the en-suite shower room.

Convenient for where we wanted to go.

Room we selected was 3 floors up & my partner had difficulty going up all the stairs, has problems with left leg. No staff offered to assist with baggage!! Hence the marking/

Location, family room which allowed us to stay together as a group. Nice little garden out the back and having a fridge was a plus.

Bathroom no fan. Ceiling needed a bit of repair as did the carpet.

Newly re-furbished room. Bottled water in fridge and a welcoming bottle of wine (left unopened)..Gower Street is very Central and convenient for visits to museums, London University ,Southbound buses pass the door.

Mirrors set too high and too small to be of use. Shower temperamental - but may be fixed as I reported it

I kindly asked them to post me the postcards and make me the webchequing. They refused it: we don't have this service. May be only the lady at the reception was like this, but I cannot understand such a behavier.
