The hotel was clean and presentable, the room the same. Breakfast was always well presented and served quickly. The hotel is situated near to Oxford St(10-15 mins) which is why I choose it. Would definitely stay here again and reccommend it to friends. The only thng I would say is that the reception area is downstairs, so you can't always tell if someone is there without going downstairs. Maybe a sign in the hall saying reception is manned.

The pleasant staff and the excellent freshly cooked English breakfast. The normal problem in London of traffic noise which meant it was too noisy with the window open and too warm with the window closed. But this applies to many average priced hotels in London.

The nice lady who is in charge. She is very helpful and friendly. There are a lot of stairs to the top floor, but I suppose that was good for me!

The heat only went on at certain times during the day. If we stayed in a lot, it got a bit cold

Staff were friendly and our room was ready early in morning when we arrived. The breakfasts in the dining room were generous and yummy. Like most of the budget hotels on Gower St, the hotel is of a certain age and is a bit worn and shabby.

Homeliness, controlled warmth on a very cold day, and the excellent breakfast. Climbing the stairs which is not easy at my advanced years. Although I've no doubt I would have received help if I had asked for it.

Ottima posizione, molto buono il servizio di pulizia con cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani, colazione abbondante. Ampiezza della stanza appropriata. Un po' rumoroso per via del traffico stradale e bassa insonorizzazione delle stanze.
