Great hotel ideally located for Newbury races. Have stayed there 3 times now and rooms each time have been comfortable with ironing boards, fridge etc. Breakfast consistently good. Staff very helpful. Definitely recommend.

Ideal location for a trip to Newbury races. Although there is a good menu, the food is pretty bland on arrival. Not the hottest breakfast I have tasted.

We were given a great deal including 3 course dinner and an executive suite with plenty of space and furniture. Nowhere to plug in hair staighteners with mirror and chair.

Staff friendly and helpful without being to over the top . Room clean and comfortable and bed comfortable . Hotel is quiet and not to much noise from other rooms . Plenty of parking and only a short walk to Thatcham . This is our 4th stay with them and the service and quality has stayed high each time. The only slight problem is that the evening meals though good are a bit on the pricey side if you ate their every night on an extended stay .

I was amazed by the size of the room, it was huge..! Also very quiet. Excellent value for money, it made my 40th birthday treat, would go again. Only thing wrong was a waterstain on bathroom ceiling, but it certainly wouldnt put me off going again.

I cannot fault the Regency Park Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the bedroom was generously sized and the king size bed extremely comfortable. The staff were very efficient and pleasant. What's not to like!

Had a pool, very nice too, clean changing rooms. Incredible breakfast!! We like hand held shower in the bathroom, yours dont have that facility.

Nice modern hotel. Location was excellent for my needs. Restaurant was very expensive, however the meal was not that good. Rump steak was good but the fries I can have in Mcdonalds. Small amount of water cress and no sauces. At £18.95 I would have expected more!

Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful : she sorted out the extension to our stay with ease and with charm. Restaurant staff were attentive and helpful and the quality of the food was high. The room was spacious and well appointed. The desk / table and lamp were particularly useful. Weekend answerphone system : no point leaving a message as it is not staffed at weekends and no-one will return your call ! This needs to be made clear when the 8-option recorded message is being played. Re-arrange options so that you are connected to the operator.

The Regency Park Hotel is situated in a quiet residential area, a couple of miles from Newbury Town centre, and has a smart feel. The room was very comfortable and well-appointed and the breakfast was good. I didn't use the spa and pool, but I will when I next stay.

It was peaceful lovely pool and jacuzzi comfortable and warm spacious very helpful staff with lovely manners and smiles a beautiful breakfast making you feel well cared for and important it was a much needed break and I couldnt find any fault with it would definately go again Nothing it was perfect thankyou
