Lovely clean modern apartment right in the centre of Harrogate, which made everything handy for shopping and eating out. Large open plan kitchen living space and two bedrooms, family bathroom and en suite to master. Easy access with key codes as no on site staff.
We arranged parking at the rear of the building as my husband requires disabled access. This was allocated and a parking permit was is in the welcome pack. However the spaces are very tight and other users are not considerate in where they leave vehicles, so came down one morning to find we were blocked in. This is because its a business premises below the apartments and they want day time use. Alternative parking on the streets is up to 3 hours ,and more parking options are local near the shopping areas.

The apartment had all the facilities we needed. Good quality fittings and furniture. Light and bright. Excellent showers
We couldn't open any of the top windows except in the second bedroom. The second bedroom (apartment 8) was a bit poky for two single people. It might be better for a couple in a double. The only window in the second bedroom is a large velux in the roof which is perhaps why it felt a bit poky.
location was excellent, lovely apartment, nicely equipped and very comfortable.
Wi Fi advertised but wasn't working and we needed it for business purposes. No car parking available. Incredibly stuffy and hot (thermostat temp set at 26 degrees) VERY overpowering strong smell of air freshener which made us wonder what was being covered over (otherwise would happily have given 'excellent' scores all round!
We loved everything about this apartment, inside was immaculate and really spacious. We had lovely soft towels left out for us. There was tea, coffee and milk etc on our arrival. We had a parking permit to park our car round the back of the building which was handy. The apartment is situated right in the centre with just a 2 minute walk to nearest bar. Shops are on the doorstep so was a win win situation all round. Claire from the office was a superb contact too, very helpful indeed We will definitely be staying here again and cannot wait to return Thumbs up to Nightspace for this fabulous apartment at Regent House
Great location to access town on foot - parking good.
Lots of code numbers required to access all the different doors etc.
Although very close to restaurants and bars it was very noisy at night.
Handy location Apartment was bright and clean. Beds were very comfortable Ensuite a bonus
There was nothing we didn't like except parking was a little bit tight because of cars parked behind our car.
It was clean with relatively modern furnishings. Everything worked. It was easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. There was reserved parking.
It was a bit bizarre, going up to apartments on the top floor of a building that was full of businesses on the other floors. The view was awful, the backs of various buildings.
Question 1 not apply because there was no staff in the building x
Can't open windows for fresh air. No receptionist to greet on arrival.
The apartment was very well equipped, clean and felt luxurious. In a lovely part of Harrogate. Lots of places to eat & shop. Excellent secure parking.
Our stay was at the end of a 2 week holiday so being on the top floor with children and all the bags that accompany them was difficult. It took several trips to get all our belongings up the stairs. The front door was very tempremental and didn't always want to open! The ensuite was in the twin room.
Location, well equipped, parking was free, comfortable and clean.
Lots of codes to get in, unable to close blinds on one skylight in bedroom, parking area was cramped so manoeuvring car was challenging!
