Great central locatíon, very friendly staff, and good WiFi.
Breakfast was quite basic.
Price like midtown Manhattan hotel, breakfast service like they rather wanted you not staying with them
The hotel was very comfortable & clean & in a great location near centre of town. Excellent for 1 night stay.
The hotel possibly needs upgrading but for location & price you can't fault it.
Where it was situated, breakfast was fine, staff very helpful and friendly. Allowed us to leave our luggage, whilst going shopping.
Compare with the room, it is too expensive.
decent enough hotel
breakfast was mean portions service was terrible, price was excessive for the quality of the hotel
The central location was great.
The selection of food at breakfast was poor and only served between 0800-0900. We were out late each evening and would have appreciated service until 0930 at least. There was no cooked option which was disappointing. We made the effort to get up for 0830 on one occasion and ate just muesli. Shame, as the coffee was great ! The mirror in the bathroom was held together with gaffer tape - it is badly broken. The room was very small and we had no room to move about at all. There was one small wardrobe and one drawer only for the two of us. I lived out of my suitcase for three nights. A shame, as the website showed much better rooms which is misleading.
clean friendly good size room good value
shower alittle small
The decor was a bit plain but everything was clean! Breakfast was simple but enjoyable! Location perfect!!
Good location for city center
Basic hotel but ok if you're looking to save some $$$ and not looking for a fancy hotel

facility, environment, price
Nice helpful staff,
The only hot item at breakfast was Toast. The single beds were old and worn
We stayed at this hotel on the recomendation of our granddaughter who had previously stayed there. It was very central to station as we were going to Glasgow for Games. Very comfortable and clean.
The only thing that disappointed us was that breakfast was continental. As my granddaughter had previously stayed there and had full breakfast. There was still plenty on offer but not the same as full breakfast.
Was large room for 5 adults no issues
Breakfast poor and bath room needs repairing
Location is very good! there's a 24h fast food bar near by, just 2 mins by walk. And 5 mins to the bus station!
The staff is really bad that I have ever saw! I don't know his name. But as a hotel staff, he looked very proud of himself and we needed to beg him to check in!!
Staff were in general friendly
One key poor room, very difficult when going with a group of 4 Threatned with payment of 50 pounds if key not returned Limited breakfast times and basic
The price was the same as a 4 star hotel in London. The room was so full of dust that I got a really strong allergic reaction to the dust. In one night we had to go outside to the street because I was feeling really bad. It was the worst place we have ever been... even though the prices are really high!
Staff is cooperative and location of B&B is good due to near distance from city centre and transport facilities.
The food was very bad. I mean the breakfast. Some items are old or may be out of expire date and As far as I know that continental breakfast should include egg. Egg was not provided in breakfast. The room was humid and some parts of ceiling were wet. The price was quite expensive.
Staff did not seem as if interested. They did their job with out any interest or communication at all with their guest. Breakfast very disappointing, you could tell they opened a packed and threw it on a plate and milk was not fresh but pastrised. The choice of cereal was budget cornflakes, alpen and frosties.Breakfast was 8-9 and at 9 sharp all breakfast was cleared away. Another guest asked if she could have some hot water topped up for tea at just passed 9, and was told breakfast had finished. We had a family room, which was very big and had a full size piano in it, but a half size wardrobe for 5. Beds and pillows had no protecting cover. The thin quilt was not removable so unable to be wash after each guest. Beds were lumpy and very uncomfortable. The ceiling had an unpainted repaired patch. Was very disappointed and not worth the money.
staff was really nice. we left at 7am and couldn't have their breakfast, the person from the reception saved some food for us the day before. it was quite nice of him.
Noise levels from other rooms and, on one occasion, my room was unlocked when I came back!
location, food, free-wifi, staff,
A bit tired and old fashioned
