Posizione eccellente: vicinissimo al centro e a pochi minuti a piedi dal collegamento con l'aeroporto. Camera spartana ma gradevole.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Camere pulite e personale disponibile. Colazione abbondante.

Personale spesso introvabile.Temperatura di termi e acqua della doccia che non superava la tiepidezza.

Very friendly and cozy environment. Staff great on answering any questions. Breakfast is very good, the buffet offered a great variety of items and the dinning room is very confortable. Room was clean and offered more than i would expect such as hair dryer and not charged tea bags and coffee (electrical boiling pot available). Also, I reserved a single room, but because my reservation was not recorded on my arrival (due to an internet problem), I was offered a double room.

Location is good, within 15mins' walk. Triple room is fantistic, big and clean.

Stairs are challenging to big luggage.

The room is large and pretty comfortable. The toilet is clean but not too spacious.

The breakfast period is kinda short - one hour. The variety of food is pretty limited too.

I chose this hotel as it had free wi-fi but it didn't work which was most annoying and I complained. My bathroom was almost bigger than the cramped bedroom.

The distance between Edinburgh Waverley Station and Hotel is about 15 minutes by walking. From hotel to the station it is a little bit uphill road. If you have too much to carry there might be tiring. Hotel is clean, it has a good breakfast service. The staff is friendly and helpfull. It is silent. The hotel is not in the heart of the centre but 10-15 minutes by walking.

If you have too much luggage, it might be a problem with the stairs. It is narrow and straight.

Good prices great location friendly staff

This hotel was very clean and quiet with no disturbances. The location was perfect as the shopping centre and comedy club were only a 5 minute walk.

The breakfast was between 8am an 9am which I feel was a little early for those who were for a relaxing weekend.

Very poorly decorated, draughty, junk lying around in corridors, window didn't close properly. Cheap rather than good value.

The staff were really nice and very accomodating. The location was not hard to find.

The location was quite a walk from the main train station so if you have lots of luggage, I'd suggest you get a taxi.

Breakfast was abit poor, I was alone and stayed in room number 8 which is very small and also cold.

Nice, big spacious family room for my friends and I to stay in! Breakfast was a bit limited but did the job.
