it wasn't very clean, there were hairs in the shower think dust around the edge of the carpet the tv was tiny & so high on the wall we struggled to see it. there was only one guy serving breakfast so the service was very slow, people were arriving for breakfast to find no clean tables. breakfast was anything but a hearty scottish one |

In morning, breakfast staff was so nice. He had mistook what we want for our choice breakfast. But Breakfast were nice. those staffs had mistook what we requested ( I had told him pls check on the heat and ran out toilet roll) which he didn't proivde us and check up on the heat. But he didn't. But the rest was fine and relax bedroom. |

.... the foto in e-booking is not the hotel.... no shuttle to the airport the owners son bring you to the airport for 20 £ !!!!!! our room was behind the firedoor and the bathroom over the corridor .... |

Good location. Quiet place. Generally clean. Allover responsive stuff. No lift. Sour milk and juice in breakfast. Weak WiFi signal on 2nd floor. Weak TV signal and only 4 programmes Extra charge for card payments. No receipts for cash payments. |

Clean, comfortable, easy, no fuss. A very nice room. If you're planning to spend time in the city of Edinburgh (Royal Mile etc) expect a 20 - 25 minute walk. |

We were there for the Edinburgh marathon and the man working could not do enough for us and even let us use the kitchen to cook some pasta the evening before the race and porridge for breakfast. |

It was close to the Old Town and easy via public transit The staff where somewhat reluctant, was double charged for one night. Overall horrible experience would not recommend staying there. |

Lo staff è stato molto frendly. Il prezzo buono comparato al servizio offerto. La camera modesta ma confortevole. La colazione soddisfacente. Il bagno, seppure privato, era separato dalla stanza. |

Prix raisonnable incluant petit dejeuner et salle d'eau+toilette+bouilloire+wifi dans la chambre Petit dejeuner trop tardif pour les clients qui travaillent. Odeur de cuisine dans l'escalier et dans la chambre des 8h30 ou 9h00 qui peut incommoder certains clients. |

Hotelinhaber super nett, der gerne Tipps über Edinburgh gibt / Frühstück war lecker und reichlich im schönen Frühstücksraum, der am Abend zum Fernsehen genutzt werden kann (+kleine Bar mit großer Auswahl) / Zimmer groß + hell und ruhig (Doppelzimmer zum grünen Hof gelegen, Einzelzimmer wahrscheinlich auch nicht laut, da Straße vor dem Hotel kaum befahren wird) + eigenes Bad, sauber und mit Liebe... ich würde das Hotel immer wieder buchen, es hat meine Erwartungen in diesem Preissektor mehr als übertroffen |
