Location, Quality of Hotel, Friendliness of hotel staff
Could not fault the hotel at all
Good location, clean and tidy, Room small but well presented
Everything about the hotel including location was perfect. I recommend this hotel to everybody without even blink of an eye.
Room was very quiet and spacious.
No free wifi for phones/tablets, annoying. Bigger selection of 24 hour menu would be nice too.
Next to Harrods and Museums
Not a thing
The bedroom needed upgrading. The bed felt it would collapse. The toilet seat was broken
Quiet location with tube station near by. Staff very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed with good quality linens.
Bathroom extremely small. Food not very hot on breakfast buffet....worried a little about food safety. Ate continental breakfast as a subsequence.
nice staff and good location
Comfortable large bed. Good breakfast choice.
I don't really have anything negative to say about the The Rembrandt. It is in a great location, is great value for money and the staff are friendly, discreet and hardworking. The food was freshly prepared and delicious. I felt the bowl of apples at Reception was a lovely touch; we all grabbed one on our way out in the morning.
Don't have anything negative to say
Great location for shopping and museums
Friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean, and a nice breakfast.
Value for money
We loved being cocooned in the hotel, a great environment.
Lovely rooms, friendly staff and a good breakfast . In an excellent location for our needs.
Quite expensive to use leisure facility
Room size Location
Breakfast, not much choice, no cereals or continental items.
Comfort of room ( 2 armchairs, desk chair, flat screen tv, free wi-fi, lots of wardrobe space, iron & ironing board, safe, spacious bathroom with good shower & bath. Full breakfast included in price. Hotel excellently situated - 4-5 minutes to South Kensington tube. Taxis outside door.
The room had a sofa and a spacious bathtub and was overall really comfy.
We ordered breakfast delivered to our room for 10am, but it didn't arrive until 11am, and we were checking out for noon so thought we would have to rush a bit. But actually, we didn't. And the breakfast tasted wonderful!
The hotel was very central and we found it very easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. We had a most enjoyable stay and we are looking forward to our next visit.
Having to pay to use the pool.
Polite staff/clean rooms/great breakfast buffet
Beautiful location Nice cocktails
Greeted at reception by staff who do not know how to smile- felt very unwelcomed. We had to pay £50 refundable depisit for any extras - i have never been to a hotel that takes upfront payment! We were given keys that did not work, so we got temporarily locked out of the room. Awful parking situation, it is very costly and difficult to find. The spa did not belong to the hotel but was for puplic use, and we would have had to pay extra to use it. It was also strongly chlorinated, so anyone with sensitive skin - beware!
Everywhere was clean Tidy and smart very comfortable place to be in a good location
£50 deposit for mini bar thought it was a bit rude
The health club was nice, needed a bit of a clean. however the staff there were very kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable.
The room and ensuite was absolutely tiny for two people to stay in, esepcially for the price we paid. The hotel staff just went through the motions of their job, there was no one who asked us if we needed any help with our bags. No one went out of their way to help at all or be polite.
Staff great, comfort of room was great.
The only thing I would say is that for all the money I spent on the hotel for 2 nights, I thought it was a bit off that there is a £7.50 charge to use the gym and pool? I am a hotel guest spending good money and to pay to use the hotel facility was not what I expected at all. Plus, the day I was using the pool, there was swimming lessons so only could use a quarter of the pool area. I've never done this in any hotel I've ever stayed in. Think this needs to be looked at in my opinion.
