    Convenient situation and pleasant staff

Breakfast was bland and the dining room rather like a battery farm - too cramped

Thoughtfully renovated rooms, good new windows (shut out noise), very helpful personnel

The rooms are not spacious, even the larger ones. It is difficult to get a larger room facing the more quiet interior court or side streets.

    Location is good

One of the staff was rude and she gave me tough time to accommodate one of my children , although we follow hotel policy.

Across the road from the V&A museum and very close to many other great sights. Near many good restaurants.

Staff at the desk not too helpful or friendly. Facility is dated and in need of renovation. Rooms not very beautiful or inspired.

The location - fantastic Staff were very friendly Breakfast was good

The size of the bedroom was ridiculous - the bed was far too small and there was no room to put out our suitcase and no facilities for one side of the bed. The kettle became dangerously hot - this was replaced, however, this should not have happened and even though it had been reported no compensation was allowed for.

Friendly and very service minded personell. We didn't like the first room we are given but there was no problem changing to another one. The breakfast was fantastic. A hearty, truly english start of the day with bangers, fried tomatoes, beans and lots of fresh fruit.

Our room was at the end of one corridor and the Wifi was hardly present in the room. The false fire alarm at 5.30 in the morning ;-)

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good as it always is, lots of choice of varied hot and cold food. The location is first class, just opposite the V&A and very handy for the Natural history and science museums.

    Nothing that comes to mind.

Fair price, great location nice sleeping

After prepaying the entire 3 night accommodation I was told on arrival there would be an additional $50 deposit. Why? For the mini bar? The wrong way to start a stay!

The situation is fantastic. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.

The noise of the air conditioning making it difficult to sleep though most hotels are similar.

Location very good and good shopping street starts close to the hotel. Good restaurants in the area for dinner. Hotel clean and the breakfastbuffet very good and tasty. Good place if you are travelling without children.

Wifi did not work properly in our room and in London 3g/4G indoor coverage bad.

The hotel is nicely situated close to museums and also South Kensington tube, with easy access to central London. Our room was quiet and comfortable. The staff are friendly and professional. The breakfast is excellent.

The location is good. The lobby facility is comfortable.

In the superior room we had there was no air-condition while the outside temp. was over 30 deg. C!! In the brochure they put on the hotel table they mentioned there is air-condition in superior the hotel and they mentioned there is a pool in the hotel, but no one told it's an out of the hotel private facility that you have to pay for the use. In our executive room we asked for king size bed, but when we came we found out they gave us a regular double bed. after strong complains from us they changed our room, but then we get a room on first floor facing the main street so it was so noisy that we just waited to finish this stay and leave this place. It was our first stay at this hotel, we came for the pool availability, but for sure we will not go there again. very disappointing for a 4* hotel.
