Convenient for museums. Royal Albert Hall, tube and local restaurants. Clean well appointed room and bathroom. Excellent choice for breakfast.

Automatic service charge in the bar even though the order was wrong. Coffee not very hot in bar and at breakfast. Cooked items not very hot at breakfast. Unexceptional for price.

We would stay again when in london as it is an extremely well located hotel: close to the royal albert hall, v & a museums, tube and bus station, harrods etc. friendly staff, comfortable/ clean rooms.

Good standard of hotel with friendly staff. Great location for our night out at the Royal Albert Hall.

The staff are ver courteous and helpful. Meals were very satisfactory and the overall cost of the stay was good for London. The room staff were very discreet ant the rooms very kept very clean and tidy.

The only slight dislike we came across were the pillows which had a rather 'solid' feel.

we paid for an upgraded room, and did not get it - our friends who did not pay for an upgrade - had a better room than we did

Check-in / check-out staff just plan arrogant. There were queues both times, several staff standing around doing nothing, but the customers waiting to check in or out might just as well have been invisible. Room very comfortable, good location, but absolutely rip-off for price. I would not recommend this hotel

This is a luxuious hotel, at a great price, and a perfect location for museums, shops, dining, all sorts, and tube access. The staff and service are excellent. We have stayed there once before and always recommend this hotel to our friends visiting London.

Great central location and the breakfasts are super!. I asked for a quiet room and was not disappointed, nice hotel and would stay again

The leisure club is not part of the hotel and is extra, plus the rooms are a bit small

I love the lounge, the location and the beds are soo comfortable. It is our favourite hotel in London.

Efficient friendy staff. Great room with comfy bed, nice bathroom, everything we needed. Great breakfast and early breakfast to room option

The hotel was very clean and staff helpful. Our room was lovely plenty of space and a good range of refreshments and the toiletries in the bathroom were of a good quality. The bed was really comfortable with nice soft linen.

My only concern was that many of the breakfast items were hardly warm and getting more coffee was hit and miss.

Very clean and cosy room. Loved the heated towel rack! The daily breakfast was adequate, but staff very helpful and friendly. Great location, both to shopping area and underground stations.

How close it was to the Museums, Harrods and Royal Albert Hall. The staff were all delightful, helpful and friendly
