The concierge (Pablo) was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about London- he helped us quite a bit! We appreciated his services. The hotel location was great and the facilities were very nice. Breakfast was great too!!! The rooms were comfortable and had lots of amenities like a jacuzzi tub which was great. |

Our room was ready when we arrived at 10.45am even though check in would normally be after 2pm On the morning of our departure the maid knocked twice to see if we were there. We felt that she was angling for a tip as reception would surely have told her when we had left. |

The proximity of the Victoria and Albert / Natural History Museums and good shops eg Harrods makes the Rembrandt a convenient stay for some. |

West end shows, sights and the London Eye. For the price charged I don't expect breakfast to be a self-service 'ruck' with items running out and waiting to be seated. The hotel star rating is highly misleading. I have stayed in better budget hotels in and around London. I also booked a double room and was given a twin. |

The responsiveness of the staff and the superb location. The air conditioning did not cool as well as it should and I found the mattresses not/not firm enough. |

Staff at the front desk were helpful. Rooms were clean and updated. My husband liked the gym. Walking distance of a wide variety of museums, restaurants and shopping and also easy transportation. It was worth the price. We didnt like the fact that we had to pay to use the pool. Overpriced phone call charges. |
