Everything about the hotel was excellent. Really enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The room was beautiful and very clean. Food was very good and wel presented. The hotel is extremely handy for shopping and places of interest.

Staff very attentive, bar,lounge area very comfortable.Great location.We had a room at the back,it was very quiet,hard to believe we were in central London.

Pillows and duvets could have been more comfortable.

A bit spendy but I suspect this is true for any hotel in a nice neighborhood in London these days. My wife was disappointed with the porridge (oatmeal) served at the breakfast buffet.

Room on the large side for London Bathroom enormous for London Excellent buffet style breakfast Able to control the temperature in our room - we didn't have to sleep in a sauna for two nights. Tastefully decorated - a beautiful and very comfortable hotel Lovely bar/lounge area

Bar bill not itemised on our final bill. This made it very difficult to check whether the bill was correct. Service in the bar/lounge a tad slow.

We liked the spacious room, the friendly, helpful staff, the ideal location and the plentiful, variable breakfasts.

Hotel was a lovely experience at the end of a month travelling. Location and facilities provided were great.

Just a general comment about the cost of travelling solo. Friends travelling as couple paid marginally more for their accommodation and received much better value for money.

slow service in restaurant. Food did not live up to expectations. Room although of good decorative standard was very small. But we would stay there again because of the handy proximity to so many attractions....and the cocktails are nice !!!

The staff were lovely, always helpful and smiling. The room was cleaned very nicely. Room service was quick and the food very hot which is not always the case in other hotels altogether a great experience. Breakfast delicious. Great position.

The atmosphere and relaxing environment

We were impressed by the staff, the location and the general comfort and cleanliness of the hotel.

We thought the restaurant menu was a little limited.

Excellent location - very close walking distance to Sth Kensington underground station from which you can go on most of the main routes including direct to Heathrow . Close to the museums. The hotel is very nice - elegant, very nice and comfotable rooms( including a full king size bed - many hotels have 2 singles pushed together) good bar & facilities, excellent breakfast , courteous and very helpful staff

Very hot room, we kept the air conditioning on all night for air.

Really nice and well-located hotel. Close to public transportation. Nice area. The personnel is very polite and useful.

I smoke 4 cigarettes a day and resented having to stand in the cold street like some slag with a fag! Have no problem with no smoking rooms but there should be a small room somewhere in the hotel for smokers - wouldn't stay again

Location was fantastic. Staff were very helpful and willing to engage in a friendly business like manner. Rooms were functional and clean, everything worked perfectly.

Breakfast in the dining room was very unappealing. Bland, obviously cheap flavourless food but plenty of it. The dining room was enormous with the feel of a holiday camp. My advice is book the room if the price is right omit anything food related and dine elsewhere. Walk out the door turn left a few hundred yards to South Kensington and great places to eat good food.

Good facilities. Shower, shower curtains. Location is convenient. Easy to get about in the city using the underground. Helpful concierge and good breakfast.
