Convenient for museums. Royal Albert Hall, tube and local restaurants. Clean well appointed room and bathroom. Excellent choice for breakfast. Automatic service charge in the bar even though the order was wrong. Coffee not very hot in bar and at breakfast. Cooked items not very hot at breakfast. Unexceptional for price.

The Rembrant is an extremely well located hotel. The staff were very efficient, friendly and made our stay seamless. The hotel facilities are excellent and the location wonderful for a London trip, with many great cafes etc located within a short walk of the hotel. I was particularly appreciative of being able to leave one of our suitcases with the hotel whilst we took an overnight trip to Devon - this was a great help !

Bathrooms - great! Also very comfortable beds - well done! Being charged £50.00 in advance for services (minibar/calls) which I had no intention of taking.

we had an executive king room, and it lived up to expectations, with everything including bathrobes, a spa bath and good toiletries. It was quiet, except for the aircon, (which we switched off after we has got the temperature right). The lighting control was exceptionally good. breakfast room rather overcrowded, as it is small and the hotel was full.

Chose The Rembrandt because of its closeness to the Royal Albert Hall. Also directly opposite to the V&A and a few minutes walk from Sth Kensington underground and a number of restaurants and bars. Good price and excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay there again. The room was supposedly a 'Superior' Double Room, but quite small. However, the rate was good, and we didn't spend much time in it anyway.

Hotel location is outstanding, f&b offerings were great and priced well and accommodation rooms were well appointed (even the disabled room which I stayed in) For those requiring early starts, the breakfast only commencing from 7am is not the best. If you have a rate inc breakfast, you want to ensure you actually make use of this. 6.30Am would be a more suited start time for breakfast.

The rooms were nice, the bed comfortable and the location great. They upgraded our room for free for an unknown reason. (Maybe they had filled all of the executive King rooms.) The fitness center fee was too expensive.

The free cable Internet; the excellent breakfast, proximity to London attractions; the kind-size bed; in-room cooling. The lifts were problematic for 2 days; the spa-bath was only a normal sized bath.

Very helpful hotel staff, excellent service. Very relaxing atmosphere, nice breakfast buffet. I found the sound insulation of the room slightly lacking, as when people let their door bang close, it is very disruptive for nap or sleep.# also, I was surprised that I had to ask for a tooth brush and tooth paste from the concierge, one of the reasons I decided to book a hotel is so that I could bring as little toiletry as possible.

Breakfast was wonderful, Fast internet connection in room, room was very well cleaned every day, everyone at the hotel was nice and friendly. Our only request that was not filled was early check-in, but it was because the hotel was fully booked the night before. Other than that, nothing!

Good location. Very good value for money in view of its location, compares very favourably with other hotels nearby, room had whirlpool bat and bath robes and breakfast included in the very reasonable price. Great hotel if not intending to spend alot of time in the hotel, No bar or restaurant with atmosphere or outside clientele

The location and proximity to central London is excellent. Fine dining available close by as well as many tourist attractions. Hotel staff most obliging. A nice lounge area. A very good breakfast buffet. Perhaps the Rembrandt was a little "tired" and has seen better days but nevertheless good value.

The location is excellent for visiting the V@A, British Museum and Covent Garden, Chelsea are easily accessible. The choices and quality of the food at breakfast is very good. Staff members at reception were unfriendly and following an unfortunate over-sight by the cleaning team in our room, at first refused to honour a very minor discount, £17, which had been offered as compensation by night management. Dining room staff also hovered and removed plates almost before one had finished eating! Very difficult to relax at breakfast.

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent with very pleasant restaurant. Have tried other hotels in the past but have always preferred the Rembrandt and will definitely use again. Ideal location for shopping with Harrods within walking distance and right opposite v & A.

I liked the ambiance and decor of the hotel. I'm only sorry that I wasn't staying longer. My only complaint was the difficulty with the lift. One lift was completely out of order. Then the second lift was not operating, and I was unable to locate the staircase. Finally, a workman directed me to the luggage lift and that's what I used to make my way to reception. It was very frustrating being unable to make my way down from the room to the reception.
