The Rembrandt  

The Rembrant is an extremely well located hotel. The staff were very efficient, friendly and made our stay seamless. The hotel facilities are excellent and the location wonderful for a London trip, with many great cafes etc located within a short walk of the hotel. I was particularly appreciative of being able to leave one of our suitcases with the hotel whilst we took an overnight trip to Devon - this was a great help !

My 80 year old mother wanted to got London and I picked the Rembrandt. It has a great location close to the South Kensington Metro stop. The staff is very helpful and they have a great breakfast buffet to star your day. I have stayed at the Rembrandt three time now and never been dissapointed.

Air con not effective

We quite enjoyed our one night stay, but dissapointed with the breakfast,after waiting 15-20 mins to be seated we found the cooked breakfast not very hot. When we checked in on 3/5/12 my husband handed over his credit card, but was shocked to hear from Barclaycard on 12/5/12 that you had taken £50 from it on the same day that we checked in, when in fact we didn`t have anything for you to charge us for!! I find this very disturbing, that this should have happened. I don`t know if I would choose The Rembrandt again or even recomend it to anyone. Yours sincerely Mrs Christine Sheppard.

We would stay again when in london as it is an extremely well located hotel: close to the royal albert hall, v & a museums, tube and bus station, harrods etc. friendly staff, comfortable/ clean rooms.

Kay and her reception staff--simply superb. Very, very clean! Good quality, plentiful breakfasts.

Drab

We mentioned when we made the booking that the purpose for our London visit was a 70 years aniversary. The Rembandt received us with an wonderful upgraded room and a welcome wine bottle! We felt home from the first moment.The hotel itself and the staff was indeed worth every penny!

The staff are ver courteous and helpful. Meals were very satisfactory and the overall cost of the stay was good for London. The room staff were very discreet ant the rooms very kept very clean and tidy.

The only slight dislike we came across were the pillows which had a rather 'solid' feel.

we paid for an upgraded room, and did not get it - our friends who did not pay for an upgrade - had a better room than we did

Check-in / check-out staff just plan arrogant. There were queues both times, several staff standing around doing nothing, but the customers waiting to check in or out might just as well have been invisible. Room very comfortable, good location, but absolutely rip-off for price. I would not recommend this hotel

This is a luxuious hotel, at a great price, and a perfect location for museums, shops, dining, all sorts, and tube access. The staff and service are excellent. We have stayed there once before and always recommend this hotel to our friends visiting London.
