the bar area and staff were great, very prompt. Bed was amazing - 6 foot in width alone! I would not stay here again or recommend this to anyone else. We stayed in the 'Superior' room; granted, it was the lowest room fare, but you were certainly made to feel at the bottom of the pile. You walked through a lush corridor to get to a skanky in need of redecoration corridor where our rooms were!! The room was of a Premier Inn standard - fine for a room but nothing special and certainly not good enough for a 4-star hotel. The hairdryer kept overheating. At breakfast we were so crammed in that it felt like we were in a school dining hall: the couple next to us may as well have been on our table. The reception desk staff always seemed in a rush and were not really bothered about answering questions. |

The hotel is in an excellent location for V&A, Science, and Natural History Museums and the Albert Hall. The room was clean and the facilities were generally good, good breakfasts. Mold around the bathroom windows not pleasant. |

Lovely room- Got a free upgrade which meant we had a jacuzzi. Excellent! Lovely food and service. The location was perfect for our weekend break. The breakfast did not have free range or organic eggs or meat |

For a Central London hotel, the room was a good size and very comfortable Narrow corridors made it feel a bit like a hostel |

Good modern comfortable hotel with polite helpful staff Free wi-fi never worked in our room inspite of several attempts by the hotel to rectify the position. This was a very considerable inconvenience. The television also did not work properly and had so many missing pixels that it should be replaced. |

The room was very comfortable and it was within easy access to public transport and shops Breakfast was very disappointing. The choice wasn't great and on all four mornings the eggs were undercooked and each morning various items were unavailable or involved a long wait. We had also to wait for a table on our last morning, which was rather frustrating as we were leaving early to catch our flight back home. |

The rooms were of a very high standard, very clean and had a wide range of little touches that enhanced the stay. There was free internet access (wireless in public areas, wired in room). There was a games pack in our room containing chess, checkers, cards etc. The price was excellent as we were upgraded to a "Grand" room. Although the rooms did not seem large/spacious (even with our upgrade) they were more than adequate - ours contained a sofa, 2 chairs and one of the biggest beds I've seen. There is not enough room to seat the guests at breakfast - during busy times you give your room number and are requested to take a seat in the lounge (comfy sofas, free papaers). Although very efficient and we never waited more than a few minutes this could be a minor inconvenience to some. |

It was very convenient for the V&A, good eating available close to the hotel, and a short walk to the underground station. The hotel was very user friendly. |

We had a comfortable stay and the evening meal was super the service was excellent as well We had to sit in the overflow room for breakfast which was not so good, some of the tables were waiting to be cleared so not sure why we were not offered a seat in comfort until they had cleared the tables. One of the staff members was a bit miserable. We asked her was it possible to have a coffee and one pot of tea, she never even acknowledged us and went and got the drinks. She came back with it minus the milk so we had to ask another member of staff for some.... this I notice happened to another couple sat in the same room no milk for them, he went and took a jug from another table that was just being cleared. |

Beakfast, the room, the lounge, the rembrandt cream tea, the pictures in our room, the helpfulness of staff, being able to leave luggage with the concierge, the location, efficiency of the staff, nicely decorated. The bathroom door closed automatically and was heavy, this was perhaps noisy for other guests.other guests' reviews on your website bothreflect our views and some do not! |

The location for our purposes was good. Transport and taxis were easily available. The room was too small even for its cost and would prefer a shower not a shower over the bath as it does not give enough height adjustment. |

The cleaniness of the hotel was good. The breakfast buffet was good, the fruit dishes could the of a higher quality! Fresh fruit is good compared to canned fruit. Over all a nice hotel with a good location. BUT the value for money was so so. The value for money. I expected the room to be at a higher standard. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. The location is excellent and there is a good selection for breakfast. I would definitely return next time I visit London. There was a mistake with the booking which resulted in 2 rooms being reserved for us instead of 1 and we were charged twice. The reception staff were very quick resolving this issue and assured me the money would be reimbursed, however 6 days later I have not received it. |
