Not there long enough
Our room was very hot and the thing where you adjust the temperature did not work. They promised maintenance would fix it but it was still not working.
Great breakfast and lunch buffet, clean rooms and helpful staff.
very much enjoyed our stay at the Rembrant, location, staff, comfort, breakfast, pool next door. We chose hotel as it was near Albert Hall; we will be back as we found hotel and area so nice.
Location Food Cleanliness Comfort Decor Quite Extras provided
Good location and brilliant if you are going to royal Albert Hall. Breakfast was slightly too busy for my liking lots of rooms! But overall good.
Room to small it is more like a single. Bed is awful.
noise in room through the night from air con unit which was reported after first night but still was there for rest of stay
The hotel is very well located with amenities and the park close by. The set up is comfortable and relaxing with polite and helpful staff.
My room wasn't quite as nice as the last time but still pleasant.
The waitresses were fab and staff it was a above exspectation
No biscuit with room tea
Location, design, comfort, food
We suffered a flood on the second evening and were left to discover it ourselves even though staff had identified it. Nothing was said specifically until I mentioned it on booking out. All rooms were without water on the 3rd night. The jacuzzi bath was ridiculously noisy!
Very comfortable and friendly hotel, food very good and also conveniently located.
somewhat tired hot food at breakfast on sunday
We enjoyed our stay very much . Very clean , and pleasant staff . We would highly recommend the Rembrant
Nothing !! All good
couldn't fault our stay, very comfortable executive room, excellent buffet breakfast and helpful staff, we would definately return.
good clean hotel, good location. great breakfast and a good deal price wise.
My teenage kids and I had a wonderful stay at The Rembrandt hotel- we enjoyed the location, warmth, staff, room service and pool (and spa)- and we stayed 8 nights in total!
Our second room was much bigger and nicer. Wifi didn't work on level 5. More Fresh fruit options at breakfast would make it 5 star.
Location; atmosphere, efficiency and pleasantness of all the staff - extremely helpful.
There was not anything to dislike
Generally very good. Staff were very helpful. Bar food was very good.
The Pillows were very Hard. Feather are much better. Bathroom was very cold & smelly. Breakfast room was cold. (Off main room) Food became cold very quickly.
This is the second time we have been to the Rembrandt and was delighted once again with the service and standard of the hotel.
Good location Close to musea and to Harrods and to the underground Excellent breakfast buffet
A bit expensive, like all hotels in London Fitness and swimming pool is not in the hotel but at neighbouring building
The food was the only let down,i was really disappointed with it i ordered toast and porridge for breakfast the toast was uncooked and the meals always arrived cold to the rooms, and the quality of food was very poor,i ordered a pasta dish it came cold and i could tell it was microwaved.
Beautifully presented hotel with excellent staff. Location is perfect for museums. I booked this hotel specifically for its proximity to the Natural History Museum and we were directly across the road from the Victoria and Albert Museum. Harrods is a short stroll down the road. We received a room upgrade so we had a bit more room than we were expecting. A bonus was that we could directly control the heating in our room. We find European hotel rooms to mostly be overheated. Plus we could open the windows. Slept really well although I found the bed to be too firm (my husband has a bad back and he loved it). Breakfast was great.
